I reinstalled the game , i tried different settings , tested the Dx11 & 10 setting and what ever. I dont know how to fix it. Maybe you're playing on laptop on your computer is not using your GTX, try to configure it from the nvidia control panel and check if warframe is using the default graphic card instead of your GTX.
