Reward Lost

Spent an hour fighting an Eidolon Teralyst, gained 80 intact sentient cores and 3 exceptional sentient cores. When I got back to Cetus the rewards were gone. All that work just gone. Is this a bug? This type of situation really makes me not want to keep playing.

Just played two rounds on the PoE doing Eidolon Teralyst and after capturing and then extracting the mission report acts as if I've failed and there are no reward items. Anyone else having this issue? Or know a fix?

Eidolon hunts are dreadfully buggy, causing many lost rewards.  There seems to be no interest or effort on the part of Digital Extremes to fix it.  Wait until you start hunting the gantulysts and hydrolysts -- the game loses track of lures causing mission failures, and/or kills instead of captures.  Had to stop running them myself, not worth the frustration.

So saddening to see how many of these lost reward bug threads are still active and yet nothing appears to have been done by DE.

Just finished a successful triple Eidolon bounty with all captured and rewards collected. All players got back to the exit, at which point the host disconnected, waited for a reconnect which was unsuccessful, so was dumped back in Cetus with a Mission Fail screen and zero rewards!  👿

I messaged a DE rep in-game stating what occurred, but nothing back from them at this stage. I get they probably can't do anything, but at least an acknowledgement would be nice.

Just finished a 20 wave defense run in Earth for isotopes and got 13 isotopes and the High Noon Stance mod. Extracted after the 20 wave mark, I bug out during the loading screen, a prompt saying "couldn't update account information". My friend got the rewards and I didn't. Please help?
