High memory Percentage after closing warframe

So my pc memory percentage is normally 20-30 with no programs running, when I play other games it goes from 50 to 60%  and after I close the games my pc goes back to 20-30% but when i play warframe my pc goes from 80-90%  and when I close the game and Steam the percentage of memory is over 65% and won't go down until I restart the pc. So i can't open Warframe again cause it would reach 95-100% and it will eventually crash. It looks like is a problem of warframe because any other games work just fine. 

I always check out if there is some kind of "program" consuming the memory, but the programs running are the same that start with the computer.
