Game freezes in plains of eidolon

hi,

i am playing warframe now for about 6 weeks and had no problems yet.

yesterday i had black square fragment on my screen on eidolon plains - this is annoying but ok.

but now... cetus and plains -> every few seconds freezes for some seconds. Nothing has changed on my pc - i am IT technican so i now some things^^

after the few seconds of freeze (other applications are freezing in this time too), the frames growing slowly up to my 70-100 fps back.

my PC:

> Intel I7 8700K
> RAM: 16GB
> Win 10 Prof Up2Date
> Graphic: NVidia 1070

can u give advices?!
