Disconnects issues

Been stuck disconnected to the game for the past 3 months. Every time time I start it up a mission it kicks me out mid game for about 1 min in , I’m just wondering in a ship even asked chat to help but nothing, my internet is fine did a hard reset on console and modem even change system settings for ipv6 still nothing checked Xbox said nothing is wrong. I can see that this happened to other people ever since the update to the game. please help if anyone has advice or know what’s going with warframe or do I just have to wait.
