Matrix, the Hacker - Warframe Concept.

So this is a Warframe design I threw together in like an hour while really tired, but looking back on it, I actually think it works rather well for a WIP

Version 1.0:

Data-themed offensive/utility/support warframe: “Matrix”

Above average but not amazing armor (110), abysmal health (50), high shields (200), high energy (175), above average sprint speed (1.05).

Passive (Cipher Override): Replaces all hacking minigames with one unique to the frame. (What this new minigame precisely is, I'm not quite sure yet, but it's meant to be easier to do quickly at high levels than the normal hacking minigames.)

Ability 1 (Signal Disruption): Fires a projectile that, if it hits an enemy, will trigger the unique hacking minigame that, upon completion, will result in that enemy and enemies within a 4/8/12/16 meter radius gaining a very small debuff to health, armor, shields, damage, accuracy, attack and movement speed. Duration and strength of debuff depends on the success rate of the unique hacking minigame, maxing out at -10% debuff for 10 seconds without any mods equipped. If Signal Disruption hits a hackable object (consoles, etc.) the object will be hacked from a distance.
-Augment 1 (Signal Amplification): lets Signal Disruption hit allied units/entities and give them a buff similar to the debuff given to enemies as well as some healing.
-Augment 2 (Signal Hijack): Signal Disruption hitting a robotic-type enemy will convert them and all robotic enemies in Disruption’s radius to your side after completing the hacking minigame instead of debuffing them.

Ability 2 (Throttle): Creates a bubble made of holographic code around where the crosshairs are pointed that slows and damages enemies that move through it. Using Signal Disruption on a Throttle successfully will replenish the duration of the ability, and using Overload on it causes it to explode in a 5m shockwave, dealing 200 blast damage to any enemy in range
    -Augment 1 (Spyware): Any ally walking through a Throttle will gain invisibility that lasts 75% of Throttle’s duration.
    -Augment 2 (Firewall): Holding down the cast ability button will create a larger Throttle that blocks enemies from passing through.

Ability 3 (Overload): Sends out a short-ranged wave of streaming code that deals 75/100/125/150 magnetic damage and procs an electricity status effect/immobilizes any enemy it hits for several seconds. Damage is doubled on enemies affected by Signal Disruption.

Ability 4 (Mainframe): Summons ring of holographic computer screens and lines of code around Matrix that functions similarly to Gara’s Mass Vitrify, except it doesn’t stun enemies it moves through when casted and is anchored to Matrix herself. Holding Signal Disruption while Mainframe is active causes a hacking minigame that, upon completion, restores Mainframe’s HP by 50%. Using Overload while Mainframe is active causes Mainframe to violently explode, dealing 1000 blast damage and 500 magnetic damage to any nearby enemies in a radius of 20m.

Notes:

Matrix is basically meant to be a gimmick frame that actually uses her gimmick in good ways.
