What does this mark mean ? and why cant I interact with it?

That's the Baro Kiteer marker, it marks his arrival to one of the Relays. He'll arrive tomorrow to the Larunda Relay in Mercury.  Baro it's a Void Vendor, he brings special items once every 2 weeks, you can buy his stuff with a Ducats, which you get by selling any prime parts at any relay.

It's a trader that appears at relays every 2 weeks, during weekends. This mark is for us to know to which relay he's coming.

Thanks a lot you guys are awesome . and by you guys I meant the warframe community as a whole I have never seen a more friendlier community that warframe .

Baro sells cool cosmetic items like armor attachments and skins for stuff,  he sells unique weapons,  but most importantly he sells prime mods.   You need alot of credits and alot of ducats to buy stuff.   So good luck.
