For everyone with connection issues

Ok guys since there has been no response from DE and I spent 65.00 dollars 2 days ago and was not able to play. I got up today and messed around with my modem. I read a post about the servers blocking connections and he could connect with a different modem. So I went out to the shed and dug around to find my old one. Came into the house and got it set up and running and what do you know, it got past the “connecting” screen and actually checked for a patch and logged in. After it did the patch check, connected and I got into the game I unhooked the old modem. I connected my new one back up, now everything is fine. Not sure how many of you have a old modem laying around but I wanted to share what worked for me since there has been no help. I will really be giving it a lot of thought before I spend anymore money with a company that leaves a support ticket open for days with no reply or post of any kind. Hope this helps.
