Odd performance glitches after Nvidea Driver Update

So after installing the latest drivers for my Nvidea GTX 1060 3GB Warframe has been doing all of the above, 

 

• Random Icons not loading in the foundry, arsenal, and Inventory. 
• "Smudged textures" on warframes, weapons, decorations, and icons such as when you go to settings the tab icons are all smudged and hard to make out.
• Broken loading screens that will last for eternity, while being able to hear what's happening in the game.

The weird part about it is that none of these were an issue before I updated my drivers, which I'm not smart enough to reverse. I've actually Re-downloaded it and it fixed the issue for one game session, then it happened again. It's an extremely inconsistent bug, but when It happens the game is practically unplayable. 

 

I did take pictures of the incident because I saw that you can insert media but you can't insert files from your computer I don't think so I can't post them here, If there is actually a way tell me because the pictures will help show what's occurring.
