I have a friend who plays warframe, but unfortunately he's phone was stolen. The problem is he can't remember he's account and since his email address is linked to his stolen phone, he can't change the password. Any advice? Urlan Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 The friend's best idea would be to find some documentation on the account other than that phone then. I don't believe DE support can even discuss the account if they can't identify themselves via account credentials and such. Still, it might be possible, but they would have to get in touch with DE Support, which requires them to be able to access the forum or create a new temporary account to do so - which would again require credentials to actually prove ownership.
