Fail after fail

Hello there all Tenno.

 

I play Warframe from half of this year or I would if not problem that occur.

Or 4 of them actually.

I just change my PC to new one, with nothing more (for now) then graphic driver. It all happen under Win 10.

 

1. After instalation in other then default location, and all the updates, my luncher don't see game and want to download all the data agian.
Hell - no. But guess what, when I run it again but with admin premissions it work just fine. (I'm the only one on that PC so my account is admin)
Unfortunately, that solution wasn't good for me. So I uninstal it, clear all and then boom!

2. After download from website the intaller, and start it  - no response.
Literaly nothing. No message. No window. No single process in Task Menager.

3. Okey, I try again but with older instaler (my first one).

Google translate that as "The specified account already exists."
After clicking the only button "OK" we back in 2.

 

4. I created new account (admin) and lunch launcher. And now it stop at 96 percent of data and (now for 3h) do not move. 

 

I don't know what to do 😄
Try reinstaling all Windows again ?
It's a solution but who like doing that, and what if this happen again ?
