Stuck on loading screens

Recently I've been getting stuck on loading screens. I'm not frozen because I can still move my ship around w/ wasd and I can hear audio from the mission (sometimes I even see the mission info towards the bottom left). I've tried verifying integrity of game cache and I've also tried downloading the steam version. This happens 10-20 times a day, and I cant do anything but alt f4 and relaunch. It's really hard to trade with people when I'm stuck on a loading screen, but it doesn't seem to happen to anyone else. Be really great if somebody could help me out who actually knows what they're talking about, not just some keyboard warrior.

Same thing is happening to me.

It can be either loading into a mission, and I will be able to hear sounds of things happening, but I will be forever stuck in the liset load screen.

Or the post-mission load screen.

Either way, alt f4 is the only option.
