I have ran into many people encountering this exact error. Unable to connect please ensure game is updated to latest version. But they have posts all over the place. Figured I'd try to consolidate a little

I have the same issue.   Tried installing on 2 other systems and having same issue

Tried turning off ipv6 still didn’t work.

I ended up waiting for about 6-7 days for DE to reply to my ticket, when they did, i was given instructions, which can be summed up to "Use the google DNS server" and i was told to reply to them in case it doesn't work, but unfortunately it didn't, i've been waiting for another 6 days and they've yet to reply. They did mention that they've been receiving ALOT of complaints which probably means that this is an internal issue that only they can fix. All of my friends are still able to play the, im pretty sure the game hasn't been banned   from my country as a friend of mine who lives like a few blocks away can still play, so yeah rippu i guess, well rippu for now at least. The next big update is fortuna, let's hope it's fixed by then or is fixed when fortuna comes out.
