I can't access or log-in to my in-game account but i can access / log-in in your official website or forums as well. (Obviously) As the for the message say. "Log-in Failed. Check your info" which is username and password is correct.Fix it as soon as possible.Thanks.Update:Ok. I did try the solution that were given on Log-In Failed from this section and it didn't work. The idea of new accounts working fine but old ones being inaccessible really worries me. Especially due to how the game now has these time-sensitive elements. Since It's already U16 and at the same time there is a void trader that has new skin for kubrow that i wanted to buy. (It can't be bought anymore when it's gone since they are same as prisma or void trader weapon.) Please fix this issue as soon as possible. If can't be fix by 2 days then please extended the Baro Ki' Teer time in relay. It's unfair for us that has problem with the log-in issue with U16.Tried all of your solution as well. Tried to compare 2 accounts. (One is my friends account, other one is my own account.) According to the EE.Log there should be (1) on your inventory in order to gain access but as for my own account it shows that (0). Which is, i get your point. It's really annoying when the void trader and this bug/problem came out at the same time. I won't be irritated if the void trader isn't gonna yesterday or the next day.
