Kolos1001 Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 If you get knocked down or fall out of bounds and get respawned as you're using hysteria it glitches. You will still take damage and can get CCed even while in hysteria. The glitch seems to be there until you leave the mission even if you toggle it on and off. I got past it by equipping the scanner then hitting swap weapon. If you bleed out it fixes it as well but so far the patch didn't seem to fix the actual problem.
