Nipple_Salads
Alright so to start this off, I was thinking about what Warframe is all about and really it boils down to us being bad-donkey space ninjas. Well we have alot of ninja like warframes like Ash, and others however i thought of one key aspect that was missing, at least in my eyes. You see martial arts and hand to hand is an aspect to the ninja that hasn't been explored, yes we have the fist weapons, but ninjas are agile, quick and well trained they are going to have a certain degree of hand to hand experience. Yes they use tools, but what about one that didn't what about a specialist someone who is highly trained to use his body as a weapon. Now I'm not going to lie i drew alot of my ideas from Batman, or Bruce Wayne whichever you prefer. Now for those of you that don't know Batman is highly trained, in fact his martial arts goes far beyond most, not only teaching him to fight against a few assailants in an effective manner but up to about 15 people. Now don't get me wrong he is still quite deadly even against a few people, but nonetheless he is still a force to be reckoned with. The back-story fits in very nicely as well considering the ninja much like Bruce must become very well trained in both mind and body achieving perfect balance. Unfortunately I'm not too creative as far as names go so for now im going to call my concept Lee as a homage to Bruce Lee, the guy that kicked Chuck Norris's but as well as being an awesome martial artist and guy in general. Ability 1: Thrust punch Whether its the suit or the pure focused power of Lee, Lee propels forward much like a slash dash or rhino charge delivering a devastating blow to the target in front of him sending the target flying and doing additional damage to all enemies the unfortunate target comes into contact with. A brief knock-back will occur once the punch has landed from the force of the punch. 25 energy, affected by focus, damage multiplier to enemies it comes into contact with A link to show the thrust punch in action from Resident Evil 4: skip to about 17 seconds to see it and keep watching for other demos Ability 2: Unknown Maybe you guys could help :) i was thinking an affect where all the lights are knocked out like after a volt overload or banshee quake that turns you invisible, but i want this guy to feel like a totally new experience. So im open to any ideas Ability 3: Grappling hook So this would have to functions, one for transportation where you aim at a ledge and pull your self to it, or maybe even a wall for a quick dodge, and the second function to pull an enemy to you in melee range so you can take em down. It would stun them for a sec, now the only thing is, i don't know if it would be better to have a strike included with that ability, so that when you pull them in you automatically strike them, or if you just pull them in, they are stunned for a second and then you have your way with the poor devil. Cost 15 energy for transport 35 for combat use Ability 4: Gloves are off In a similar cinematic fashion as Ash's blade storm, the player would activate this ability and let the computer do the rest, you would rush towards enemies doing awesome martial arts moves and making their day absolute hell as you deliver quick, yet deadly, strikes to your enemies, you would remain invincible for the remainder of this animation and in the cinematic some enemies might attempt to hit you back and you watch and giggle like a little girl as you effortlessly beat them to death, enemies who survive have a chance of being disarmed and resorting to melee (great against heavy gunners.) Enemies would be highlighted who were being targeted. It would have a little less range than bladestorm but possibly higher damage (Maybe instead of dashing to your enemies the grappling hook might even be incorporated into the animation as you either tug them to you or use the wire of the grapple to choke or slice your enemies necks. I was also considering having him not have a melee weapon but i don't know how you could mod his fists haha? Maybe he'd just get a bonus to fist weapons? But it'd be cool for him to fight on his own without a sword or giant hammer of doom. I have my ideas but i know their are people out there with either improvements or maybe even some suggestions. Thanks you for taking the time to read this, and happy posting!

Althix
because ninjas are more like stealth guys rather than brawlers. hand-to-hand combat is very loud, when strangulation and dagger in the back almost makes no noise. also training in hand-to-hand combat have very noticeable effect on a body, so i doubt that helps with disguise. Nipple_Salads
So just to be clear, a ninja with the power of ice that creates a giant snowglobe, and a wave of ice shards hurtling towards the enemy fits better than hand to hand? Or a rocket launcher weapon?

What about Banshees Sonic-boom and Soundquake? Sure she has Silence, but at half of her powers are the opposite of stealth. That being said, most warframes have little to nothing to do with stealth. Do I even need to mention Rhino? And what relevance do disguises have in Warframe? A game in which all of the characters wear unmistakable ancient power armor.
