  1. so that would be the intent or a version there of, using mods or base stats with power str or something, i purposefully choose not to indulge to deeply in the numbers when making my concepts as if this frame was to be designed i would much rather its intent and theming be carried over by a professional designer who has a better sense for those aspects in comparison to myself. having a weapon randomizer built it could be neat, not sure how it might work in practice but fun concept :D

Maherot (Ma - heh - rot) a very chantable name keeping in theme with the eldritch vibes initially i had planned to do a painting for maherot but i have found a new joy in making pixel animations and have made some to demonstrate the ideas for the frame and its powers. Maherots movement style is that of a floating ghostly shamble passive ability "Madness" : as you use Maherots abilities they gain fragments of madness, as the total number of fragments increase a multiplier is gained to weapon damage, additionally enemy aggression towards Maherot increases making you more of a high priority target (similar to the guardian derision effect) ______________________________________________ First ability - Marrow Siphon: Rend a portion of health enemy's in front of you & convert it into ammo efficiency type - tap ability ______________________________________________ Second ability - Extravasating Swarm: Maherot unleashes a swarm that drifts towards enemy's dealing damge over time to those inside. while dealing damage Extravasating Swarm generates additonal madness. type - tap or hold to increase swarm size for higher energy cost. ______________________________________________ Third ability - Wounding Exhale: Maherot drains fragments of madness and gains increased fire rate and attack speed. while Blasphemous Mutation is active fragments are drained on kill and the buff lasts for a short duration refreshing on next kill. type - toggle - drains passive stacks uses no energy. ______________________________________________ Fourth ability - Blasphemous Mutation: Maherot transforms into a large floating aberration, in this form Maherot can fire a short range blast wave from his right hand drawing power from your primary weapon and a beam attack from his left hand drawing power from your secondary weapon, Extravasating Swarm when used in this form will draw power from your melee weapon dealing additional damage. while in this form Maherot generates fragments of madness over time and can hold more of them, if a threshold is reached Maherot will explosively revert to normal and the power will be on cool down. type - toggle - initial energy cost + drain over time ______________________________________________ so i have been enjoying pretty much every instance of warframe doing horror stuff. this is drawing on and leaning into that vibe. thanks for taking the time to give this a read and i hope you enjoy my artwork.
  3. the mental image of the blades being an extension of the glide animation was stuck in my head. no special reason beyond that really.

Aleon warframe fan concept by xcatdarkness. once again I have felt like drawing up a warframe concept, Aleon's design pulls a bit of inspiration from batman related suit designs, and her neon component is inspired by Fletch's power set from infamous second son. resulting in a neon bat frame. the way i have been saying the name in my head btw is something along the line of "Ay leon" sounding abit like alien, but with eon from neon. now as for her power set, I will present concepts but i leave numbers and such to those more inclined. Passive ability: Aleon rapidly gains speed while aim gliding & gains a small % health regen while wall latched. First ability: "Bright Strike" Aleon fires a fast moving bolt of neon light, that sticks into enemies, the bolt deals significantly more damage on a head shot. an enemy killed by the bolt or while the bolt is attached will explode into an mid range AOE. Second ability: "Echo Arts" a toggle ability, while active Aleons weapons will reload on dodge roll, grant bonus damage when moving at high speeds & bullet jumping creates a small shock waves knocking enemies back / down. additionally Aleon will create a short trail behind her that deals a fire proc. Third ability: " Luminous Amplifier" deploy a tower that gains charge as you kill enemies within its range, gaining extra charge from ability kills. When the tower is fully charged it will activate for a duration providing allies within its range ammo regeneration, health and shield regeneration & a bonus to ability damage. Fourth ability: " Malice Ascension" blast the ground and lift off into the air, the beam splashes out as it hits the ground increasing in size, energy cost and damage as it is used. enemies hit by the blast that are not killed gain the debuff of exploding on death for a short duration. (name TBD duel blades) +gain range when wielded by Aleon.
  5. some very good points, iv updated to wording to imply the abilities seek out the nearest enemy so the duplicate wouldn't need to be so specific & added text so that the first ability leaves behind a lil mote of energy that the second ability will collect for its power up. this solves the problem of not being able to power up your second ability because everything hit by the first is already dead.

So, its that time of year again when the post tenno con hype has me playing more & thinking on the lore both of recent updates and that which was teased at tenno con. this design takes inspiration from the murmur (yes her knees have teeth) & hands for feet, the wall scrawl from Deimos with a tiny but of void angel for good measure. given the new grimoire weapon type i decided to make this frame a void spell caster kind of vibe. I will be focusing on describing the theme an direction of the abilities, & wont be getting to specific with stats. The abilities first ability - "Malady of ris" a blast of light that explodes on impact, enemies hit with the blast are momentarily blinded & if killed while blinded they provide energy generation to the player that kills them & leaving behind a mote of light that can be picked up by skrahlls second ability second ability - "Chaosity" Skrahll summons a large void hand from her spell book, seeking out and grabbing an enemy and dragging it along. while being dragged it deals damage to enemies nearby. if the enemy is killed while grasped it explodes dealing additional damage based on the number of blinded enemies in proximity. third ability - "Mind eater" Skrahll consumes the mind of a near by enemy turning them into a pillar projecting fear for a duration, enemies in range of the pillar turn and run away, enemies affected by mind eaters fear effect take additional damage from warframe abilities. fourth ability - " Liminal palimpsest" on cast record your warframes actions for a duration, on recast create a warframe duplicate that repeats the recorded actions. the duplicate explodes if its actions are forced to drastically deviate from the recorded input. ______ the gun can be summed up by the words " void opticor" or something in that direction.
