or u can just use his snow globe to remove around 25 to 50 % of the enemies life  ( dmg dealt are true damage )  like it always do since the beginning

i don t know why u need to kill them when they fall cause u can kill them when they are in the floor with a little bit of creativity .

i use a sonar banshee (x9 dmg each cast ) and any ranged weapon . each shoot with my bramma deal around 100k-400k dmg depending of the number of cast

[Railjack Progression Advice/Direction/Tips]

i ll recommend to reach 4-2-2-5 for the intrinsics ( u ll need a lvl 7 intrinsics to farm mk-3 railjack parts )

u can use the basic mk 3 weapons / reactor for a starter . 

once u reach intrinsics lvl 7 , join squad in veil proxima to farm rng stat parts ( vidar reactor is the most important)

for the mods , try to find void hole / particul ram  ( all missions became easier with this 2 mods)

with all the bug while playing railjack missions , form up is the only tool we have  to unstuck players , if used correctly

vengeful revenant can be easily obtain from the ropalolyst ( 4 sentient / run )

for crimson dervish, use transmutation or loot frames ( nekros / khora/hydroid)

rank 2 quills can be achieved without figthing eidolon ( just vombalyst )

at rank 2 u unlock the shraksun scaffold , one of the best scaffold for the eidolon hunt .

btw, when cetus & the first eidolon where introduced,it was hard to kill a eidlon with the basic amp , but now, with the power creap weapons we have , it s easier.

for the simaris target, u can use

-the aero set from disruption 

-gauss cold snap

seams great, but for the blessing i ll prefer : 20 % to 90% (depending of ur health at the time of the cast ( the less u have the higther dmg resistance u get)

[Eidolon Hunting Weapons/Kit for MR11]

since u have a vectis, u can build it for crit and pure cold (if used with oberon) or radiation ( remove vigiliante armament & cryo round ).

with a oberon with the smite infusion augment , some power strength and rage / hunter adrenaline for energy .

if you already have some arcane , double arcane nullifier is a great option .

you can also use amesha  for healing

did you try a heavy attack build ,since this scytes deal force slash with it ?
you can drop drifting contact for more utility ( like range ) and use the "new" aura swift momentum , but you ll lose a little bit of status chance

at x5 combo counter ,  blood rush give more critical chance than sacrificial steel .

i just hope the lantern change don t affect veiled riven unlock , but the change they show are great

if u enrage enought ur lich he can spawn almost  every other mission

or just revert the old nerf on elytron about thumper stacking , give us back hitscan archgun or change figther missile to dumbfire one , increase survivability of other archwing...

before the old blood update , it use to be manual blocking with channeling at the rigth time .

nope, we lose this option with the "new" melee switch system.

the only way to use block is to have a parry build on ur weapon/warframe to force blocks, or like u said  unequip primary/secondary.

just make video about what u want, but for the few i watched, (the riven unlock's one ) u should put a better description , or put a small text ( distant observer style )  /automated voice/ ur voice  .
