Uhm...Nekros isn't that rare, and you don't need teamwork, I had farmed his parts in solo anyway.
The whole point of Vauban is that you need extreme luck of
a) having the alert
b) being online at the time
OR
you can just be rich and buy him
and people shouldn't normally be so envious of you if you have Vauban, I don't go 'OMG A VAUBAN!!! I HATE THIS GUY', but more like 'Yay, a Vauban, this should help us out in this Defense mission!'
and if I remember correctly, the lore states that the Warframes had been subjected to Cryosleep, only to be woken by the Lotus....so how does Vauban wake up >_>
and if you are going to complain about 'downgrading his rarity', why should you bother with that.......who needs to care about rarity as long as his utility and balance is okay?

I can guarantee plenty of hate for joke weapons, 'fun' as they may be.
The candy cane skin was fun though :( or is it just me?

How about a skin which looks like an 'Egg Beater' for weapons like the Magistar? (it's currently the only mace, right? Haven't played for a while).the description could be something like
'Whisk the enemy into oblivion, just like the eggs at breakfast'.
My drawing skill is more or less zero. Therefore I shall leave it to your imagination :D unless someone feels like adding a picture.
I kinda just randomly thought of this since I was reading a cooking manga :P

effect: Derf starts ranting about his love of Tenno culture, he does it so much it lowers the Tenno's morale and lowers all of his/her stats

Why is this not in the game yet I ask you why? we need some comic relief here, for all the fun this game has, it has no comedy, and considering all the other lack luster things, the least this game could do with is a little more jokes, even just one joke like this is good enough. Please DE, you'll satisfy so many people and besides, april 1st is coming in fast. *HINT HINT*

Don't forget to mention about the dude who loves the Tenno too much that he find out their every move and tries to hug them, just a bit too hard, which normally ends up with us in halves :) It's one of the special privilege only the Tenno have.

You dont wanna go melee against a Hysteric Valkyr....and I think she is the only one who can survive Stalker's SD :D (maybe Rhino, but he can't survive as long as Valkyr)

It's just that Ash's skills are slightly 'rigid' in terms of usage, his SS being the only skill with some decent late game usage, but it's not that great since Ash doesn't have that high a energy pool, on the other hand, maximizing duration, efficiency and energy pool of Loki with Energy Siphon, makes you more or less a invisible blender which works in end contents while Ash's SS is too short, so the duration buff isn't as much as Loki, maxed efficiency isn't actually that much greater than Loki and due to his low energy pool, it's harder to spam it

Uhmmmmmm get a Loki if you want high level, or a Frost
Ash is a combat/stealth Warframe and his Shuriken does seem great and all but it's kinda useless when there is a whole squadron of mobs rushing at you and you can only hit 2 of them (and his 4 takes too long). Loki and Frost are more useful in endgame since Loki can spam Invis and deal some amazing damage his a good melee (e.g Galatine) while Frost's Snowglobe is a must in high level defense missions

Kinda sad though, you lose 50% of your weapon EXP even if you have a maxed frame. I hate it when I'm trying to level things but half of the exp goes into my maxed out frame, making it useless :(
but making exp go from one thing to another, that makes the whole 'Mastery Points' useless since we are meant to 'master' how to use these weapons, not keep one and make everything else get better (e.g unranked Warframe, Secondary and Melee while you have a maxed out Synapse or any other 'overpowered' weapon you can think of, people will just be constantly use 1 weapon, why bother trying out new ones when using the old weapon makes life easier?)

or maybe Darvo has a bp to Derf's own factory, making him hate Darvo so much, once you enter the factory, derf shall pop up to prevent his beloved machines from gettng destroyed :)

uhm, so, just checking....your idea is that the multishot mod of the shield will be able to stack onto the pistol multishot, or were you implying that you wanted some shield exclusive mods? (please make it the latter, it shouldn't be as bad as the first one T_T 180% multishot is strong enough, adding even more will make certain pistols a bit too...godlike)
Why not give it an active function? when it's not activates, the energy portion will not be there but when you activate it, the energy portion comes up and you start whichever direction you are facing, so it will not make you into an almighty god who can walk with a shield on and not get hit (that's Vor's forte, with his bubble, but you cant walk when he has his bubble...meh) and to make it even more similar to Volt's Shield lets make it only buff your pistols when you shoot through it.
but if you insist on having a passive, make it into a Warframe mod, one which you can equip on your frame, but you should remove the 'buff' portion as it makes the shield a bit too overpowered for a mod

how about giving it some visual effects while you are at it? when it kills a unit, it has a chance to 'impale' the corpse onto one of its spikes :P It will look so flashy with all of those Grineers on my Morningstar :)

jokes aside, just look at the problems we pointed out, think which one will be useful and change accordingly, since doing
a) ignoring all criticism and trying to force your ideas onto people
b) just taking all the criticism and trying to put them all into your idea, making it go way off the track (there could be contradicting criticism afterall)
will be useless/counter-productive :)
