    Come on guys... this JUST sound like huge facepalm, not with palm, but with desk. 25% is kinda serious. 50% is really serious, but 75%?

    So, just on theory and brainstorming - the group must be slower as his slowest unit [-50% speed, i hope no RHINO will take this key xD ], specially that he will have better survivability than half of the cell. As i say this - 2 from 4 frames in the group will be squishy as hell - this need specific frames to be used (Rhino sound best, but is possible some other 'tanks' [shield or health based]) and one will be just meat shield, because he will do something as nothing... i don't know how much players like to shoot 2 clips on one enemy just to half his health and.... 'help' his teammates.

     

    well... let's try it. sounds pretty exiting.

Not a bug,  Cyphers only move up to 4 of code things.    So if the lock as more then 4 it will use an extra cypher to hack the final pieces for you.   Noticed it myself and rather like it.   Granted cyphers are a pain to make, but when I choose to use them, I don't have to manually turn that final piece.  

     

    o, if this is the case - then i'm very happy tenno! :)

  3. bug Alert: when i hack a console with cyphers - sometimes (for me too often) it took 1 cypher, and after is hacked - another one... is pretty annoying when we pay handful of money and resources for this cyphers (and wait as hell to be done) and they are consumed so fast.

    Ok. I respect that.. And of course being civil is genuinely nice..

    BUT.

    Is it's a 100% chances you will read it throughoutly? Consider its points? And communicate with, at least, the OP if the point catches your interest, asking more laid-out informations regarding the suggestions?

    Because if so, I see a lot of threads with polite and well-thought points got disregarded for days.

    And even if it is don't disregarded, and the community kept bumping it with more and more well-thought and polite posts, it seems that YOU guys don't want to hear.

    Please, guys. At least show us that you really care.

    It's just like.. No matter how polite we suggests, you guys never seems to even consider it.

    That's heartbreaking..

    We're irritated that you guys kept trying to fix contents that was already fine, and ends up breaking it..

    I won't say Ember as example for "breaking fine things", because I couldn't argue with Scott's vision.

    It's his vision that Ember should be a glass cannon, and I respect that.

    I will respect it more if Ember ACTUALLY have the cannon, and not just "A glass cannon without cannon."

  5. ok. it was nice update, but still - not all new problems are fixed.

     

    still - i want to turn DE attention to some other... old problem - Mobile Defense (Grineer) swarm* at the end and very annoying clipping problem on the pod floor. 

     

    i get really &!$$ed to lose another and another Lua map! If you (and at least one in your cell) do not have some AOE skill (and no one in the party  have advanced warframe (no potato obviously and guess not even lvl30)) you are doom to lose. IS just such swarm, that the enemies can't even show on my monitor. Come on, DE - i understand there to be for some high lvl warframes, but when the usual level of the group is around 20 (mine was 12 lvl)  and no potato on board - how to play this game? I mean - nobody die there - is just HEAVY lag and after second we lose.

     

    When there is no lag - enemies goes under the floor of the artifact and... what? - they not play cards - but they &^$@$# shoot at the damn pod and of course - they destroy it. Because grakata has pretty good rate of fire. And how to shoot someone who is under the floor? No, please - tell me!? How to fight with ten grineer soldiers + 1 heavy grineer, who are under the floor?

     

    well - i can't. If i'm armed with AOE - yes, i can.... but if i do not have - we lose the map, not because we have less skill, weak weapons, or even - not because our frames are fragile - we lose because of bug! And i'm sure - i'm not the only one who experienced this.

     

    PLEASE, DE - repair the old bugs and don't overwhelm us with tons of weapons and weak warframes. At least - i don't need this, when it doesn't matter how i play - if i will lose from this bugs.

     

    *well, the swarm is pretty nice of course - when i play with Ember/Mag/Rhino/Volt and so on. and with nice weapons is fun to kill 20 grineer with one shot... but still - when i start the game i was - wtf, how the hek to win this map? And now i know - but also understand what major things are the bugs.

  6. How about trinity? No fix for trinity yet?

    Not that hard; all you have to do is a basic ctrl+z because she wasn't broken until you touched her.

     

    Is this about the half-working 'Link' ability? Because i play today with her and was very, very nasty surprised! Nor dmg or  cc are stopped working on her - was half-death the first time... is good that 'Blessing' is still intact(at least for me).

    I hope DE fix this soon...

     

    And something about the Stamina.

    I play a lot  missions yesterday (Volt & Loki) and with both i have  same problem. In one mission (look like random) my Stamina is almost not depleting and i do not have any (than 'Rush') stamina mods installed - i run, jump, flip, dodge - very little portion of the stamina is consumed. On other mission - my stamina  is drained almost to the end by just one dodge! I mean - after that i can't even power attack. So... look like bug for me.

  7. I used Quick rest on pretty much every frame prior to U10 and I still do. I also use rush on all but the slow frames. Marathon is indeed kind of useless but only because Quick rest makes it useless.

     

    The mods are not useless, you may believe them to be but I do not. This game is about going fast and these mods let you go really fast.

    I don't think 'Marathon" or 'Quick Rest' where ever useless (specially before U10). But (at least for me) now they are much more easy to fit in build - not because the stupid Stamina fiasco - but because DE put the possibility for different mod sets. Now i have my Loki with 3 different styles - one is exactly for exploring and quick run the map (when i play solo [of course xD]) - there i have all the possible mods + acrobat (which is my shiny diamond :D - eternal parkour - wiii!). And the fun is great. Because i play missions as i wanted - energy berserking, spawning Decoys + invisibility, or dashing and jumping or just go for silent melee assassin...  now just with one simple add from DE this is possible...

     

    And this was not the 'stamina change'.

     

    PS: stamina is all time needed, specially if u use 'block' (which is not very used, because drains A LOT and the result is not so kind). I do and i think if 'Parry' and 'Reflex Guard'  are good (i don't have them until now) - it will be really good add to our arsenal (specially RG).

  8. well... i like the new levels and the mechanic to obtain the BP is ok... but kind of paraphrase someone famous:

     

    why SO WEAK?

    when i grind so long, fight such a nice boss and all the parts for this frame are so expensive - i expect the frame to be something significant!

    And in result it is... meh!... weak as stats and weak as abilities.

    Not to mention the bugs.

     

    And Desecrate is too low-lvl farm skill - It is very difficult to find corpses consistently when playing with well equipped players as many corpses vaporise as a result of various elemental and ability effects. Soul punch is not good enough to use in higher lvls (60+), only for debuff kind off, but the dmg is poor. Terrify is ok and 'Shadow' is kind of nice, but with some lag - and u can't distinguish clones from real enemies - which is real ammo devour.

     

    otherwise the idea with nano powers masked as death abilities is cool.

  10. i hope stamina is going back as before, or (at least) the nerf to be significantly lowered. 

    I can understand if DE want us to think what actions/jumps/combos we do, but still - this is too much. Even playing with my frame that has Marathon and Quick Rest - this is awful

  11. When  you run out of stamina, there is a break to start regenerating it.

    You cannot  do anything about it with MOD.

    So you have to walk every 5 sec.

    You are forced to do so.

    What kind of joy you get from this?

    Absolutely agree with that. 

    I also want to have some group coordination and having a rusher or two in my random party is no fun... but 'ya know what, DE? Rushers, rush again! :D

    No, seriously!

    Who want to rush the level - will do it again - just a bit slower and whit low fun. But the bitterer fun will be for this players - that try to keep up with the rusher (we all want our share of combat, did we not?).

  12. Devs, are you guys awake yet? Sorry, but. The more I play around with the new Stamina system (adding and removing mods, etc), I kept getting.. How do I put it.. Slapped in the face by a Shield Lancer because I can't run.

    Why? Well. Before this update, the stamina system is pretty fundamental. Hell, that's why you guys made the Secret parkour room in the Void, yes? Because you guys know how essential this free-running system.

    This change is just..I don't know..alienating, even for the old players that basically knows how to overcome this.

    C'mon.. Remember that this game is supposed to be filled with ninjas, in space. Space. MOFO. Ninjas.

     

    Doesn't matter if they seems like super soldiers, doesn't need a break between their sprints because, well, they're aliens.

    They can move around like maniacs because they're not..well.. "human."

    They're Tenno.

    Corpuses ARE humans, that's why they can't move that much.. But THEN you see one of them jumped a 5 feet wall like it's nothing.

    Grineer are clones, yes, and they need constant support from mechanical parts. But THEN they have Hellion, the Grineer's own Bird-of-Prey Soldiers that can basically, and virtually, go everywhere they please.

    See? Even the AI, albeit sometimes "dumb", are able to be much more mobile than us.

    I remember back then, when we can do anything we want. How crazy your maneuvers is limited only by your total running speed and your obstacles.

     

    I guess Steve said that before.

    Please, try to...reconsider this out of place change. Revert is the best option, but..if you guys somehow CAN'T revert this system back, at least don't give us mods, that's just..redundant.

    Make the Stamina orbs spawn, or something like that.

    Stop limiting our movements..

    Wow. Okay. This update was incredibly disappointing. About the only good thing is the new UI. New mods, great. New weapons, wonderful. Haven't started working towards either, but that's content, which imo, is subjective and not useful in a discussion of what I believe to be a cold, hard fact: There are a lot of issues with this update. In 2 missions and 30 minutes of watching the chat, talking to clanmates, and just exploring stuff:

     

    - Stamina system. Overnerfed it. I can understand, most people didn't run with stamina mods. But you made it too weak. WAY. Too weak.

    - No armor changes. I get it. Coming in 10.1 (right?)

    - Nekros. You can't be serious. I have to farm for the key, to get a chance to fight a boss? RNG gods barely smile upon us once, and now you add this? Please remove the process to obtaining him. Grinding on grinding is not good. 

    - Multishot doesn't seem to be working with my secondary. Primary works fine I think

    - Armor mod doesn't increase armor in the stats when I apply it. I would imagine same with stamina (haven't checked yet).

     

    Yeah, incredibly disappointed. I'm gonna go to sleep and hope this is a bad dream, because this is not what I thought was promised. Far from it.

     

    EDIT (again):

    Noticed scarves. I guess they're nice. And I'm guessing it's cosmetic with no way to get it without platinum. Definitely going to sleep and hoping this is a bad dream.

     

    -I stand corrected about multishot. Lato vandal proved it was working. 

    -Also, I keep getting told I have strict lan, even though my settings are still have uPnP on.

    -Looked at resource requirements for new stuff on wiki. 10,000 nano spores? 5,000 salvage? THIS is how we spend that ridiculous build-up of nanospores and salvage? Only reason I disapprove is that it's a requirement to get necro so GUESS WHAT everyone that came when after this became open beta: First you gotta farm for that stuff! Then, once you have 500,000+ of that stuff (ohh, i dunno, that's 300 hours in if you don't farm exclusively for it) and THEN you worry about getting nav coordinates. THEN you worry about farming a boss for bps. I guess my experience with the old golem and 50+ runs make me make me ridiculously upset at how many times we have to pray to RNG gods THAT DON'T EXIST, making the only way to get anything slightly nekros take AT LEAST a week. And that's for the monsters. The rest of us will probably give up on nekros or do what is the ONLY reasonable way to get him: buy him or the keys from the market. 

     

     

    Yes, you have to grind for a lot if you don't spend platinum. But Nekros is ridiculous. And from what I understand, he isn't that good beyond farming bosses (ironic that the only good power for the effort put in is the one everyone disliked the most?). 

     

    EDIT (The TL;DR):

    Maybe it's because I'm not in the design council. Maybe I don't like getting blind-sided. But the change the stamina came out of NOWHERE. And the process for getting Nekros is bad. Just. Bad. If he was prime I could somewhat understand, but for the base warframe? No. Also, issues with multishot not working on kunai and "uPnP not on" popup everytime I login even though it is on. Scarves seem to be platinum only, somewhat disappointed but since it's a cosmetic I can kind of understand. 

     

    Finishing thought (for tonight): I love you guys. I love your content, I love your game, I love your respect for the players, I love your pride in warframe, and last but not least, I love that you listen to the players. I doubt most people like this update. Too much hype, and would have loved to hear about some of the changes (like to the stamina). The letdown is larger than ANY other update IMO. Please, try to listen to the millions of threads and posts that are flying at you. Please. Everything in this update (save the arsenal UI for me) has a bitter taste because of the things the negative things (which were the most hyped up).

    True story!

     

    As I always say: New updates = new apparently cool stuff + old bugs come back + warframe comes powerless + new bugs + some really stupid (now stamina system) + red text in hours fixing the old bugs again. As long as I play, I find warframe more like a parody. That it's why I always have new contacts on friend list just decided to stop playing the game.

     

    You are ridiculous, you have some guy in your team that wants your game being buried. I am already wondering when I will leave the game.

    Too much time to obtain necros? That's a way to lose money ... Hey! I have a new warframe! lets buy a reactor and a slot... What???!!!?? What I have to do to obtain it? Go to hell, I am not interested. I'm not going to buy anything untillyou finish the game because I don't like your changes, like much other people that you ignore or doesn't want to see.

    And you have less slots on weapons that we should have, you quit the amo on market and forcing us to use a slot on weapons form amo. The slots and points number are ridiculous nowadays, we need more slots since you start to add mods on a crazy way, new mods everywhere! eat it!, let's explode your stomach.

    You are getting dam late in the problem of slots, put a fu***** aura (expel faction: corpus, grinier,infested or something new) to get more. Your mod system is out of date...

     

    And  spank the &#! of the one who thought the new stamina system.

    I was playing melee weapons very conformatble with fury at max and you cheated me, it's imposible for a non large weapon to aim properly, just make warframe don't move, just slash, or move less.

    so i commented this on a Stamina Forum that had for some reason supporters of the new stamina system....so i kinda got &!$$ed BUT i still made a good argument: 

     

    F*** the rushers and F*** the non-rushers how about the people who @(*()$ play with style ha what about them????!!!! this poeple who mastered parkour to fly across the room with skill? what about doing flashy as F*** ninja moves running dodging flipping into a wallrun while shooting and slashing...what suppose ill stop mid way and rest for a bit....WHAT THE F*** IS THIS COD??? thats one of the reason i love playing this game because it has style epic style...Ninja or @(*()$ not ..a super @(*()$ biotechnological soldier should @(*()$ run for more than 5 seconds. 

     

    $&*&*#(%& thing is the rushers aint gonna @(*()$ stop rushing.....and how the F*** do they even effect you? you dont like rushing so no one else has the right to??? THE F*** IS THAT ....dont play pub, play with friends, leave that #@*&$@ to defend himself while his rushing, why not do that instead? the funny thing is that the best way to rush is to @(*()$ play alone or a group of rushers.....so please tell me your no different to this rushers, forcing other people to play your @(*()$ way.

     

    Quick rest, Marathon....so @(*()$ up my loadout? oh so dont play end game and go for lower levels? well i can @(*()$ one shot every #@*&$@ below end game so i got no @(*()$ use for sprinting!!!! 

     

    god this ....DE i @(*()$ love you and this incredible game you created..its gameplay is one of a kind so please dont slow it down for F*** sake

    and sadly... awesome disappointment:

     

     -Stamina system now has a timer before it recharges. This makes Stamina a more significant system in game play.
    - Reduced Stamina cost of melee swings and jumping
    - Reduced the rate of stamina recharge

     

    I don't get why u will do that %$#@$!

    because of the 2 new mods or what? the game was too fast, some ppl adore quick run, or maybe parkour the lvl? now - @#$%^@*& u guys - you must change your build and add two (before that, optional) mods. 

     

    This really bitter my gameplay.

  15. well... the game crashes for me when i play alerts 'online' but when i play 'solo' everything is ok.

    i was having this problem early today, after i update to 9.8.3, but i hope is just bad luck. after that i play numerous missions to farm credits and resources but i do them solo - no problem at all. And when i go for the alert for banshee chorus helmet  (online mode) - the game crash few minutes (no more than 5) after host migration.

     

    hope this problems to be fixed soon. i will miss the game... but i believe DE will be on level as they were before ;)

    Well... i also don't understand how you people can't understand? ;) :D

     

    Now, sorry. Don't want to be rude or to start quаrrel. Just make a bit fun on this question, because is too  typical.

    The answer is simple - because the game is made to be played by different players with different POV of what is balanced/fun and so on. Why we say our opinion - i think is no need to answer to that. It will be not good service for the devs if only we say what is nice and price them [not that they not deserve it, the game is awesome].

     

    As i say in the beginning - i adore Nightmare mods. I like the challenge.  

    But i don't think is good to have random mutator as 'no shields'. It just not fit with other mutators like 'vampire' or 'time out'. Just look how different in balancing they are. 'No shields' is twice more deadly than the other two gathered in one! And well - the reward is the same.

    If you play in group with friends it can be ok. If you play with the proper warframe is ok. But how to know what will be loaded from the nightmare rooster for this mission? I go there with my Ash, Loki or Volt - because i enjoy play with them. And i do not have problems in other nightmare mutators with them - just here.

     

    Now.  I don't like to complain - just as Bursok say:

     

    well, they're continuously tweaking the nightmare mode...

     

    I really hope to tweak it!

    Because is not that i don't like the main idea. Is nightmare mod!

    But [by my opinion] must be implemented in the game as other mutators.

    Maybe -shields to can restore for some time and in random to be reset. Or to have continues leech effect on shields, but to can be restored with 'Guardina' skill of your sentinel (or 'Blessing' by Trinity) similar to 'Vampire' but with no restore from killig.

    What really bugs me is that this mutator makes some skills in which i put efforts to level up - useless.
