No, for obvious reasons. This is a casual PVE game, not an esports PVP game. Penalization in a game known for it's kind of shoddy connection is a horrible idea. Especially because it's Peer2Peer.

I read your whole post. It sucks. Including a TL;DR to be snarky is dumb. Your subject matter is beaten to the point where I'm sure this is bait, and while your core argument could have some merit, you went ahead and took any subtlety or thought out of it.

It's not free, you're paying for playstation plus, which means Sony contributed to the cost.
Sony handles that stuff more than DE. Besides, anyone who pisses and moans that one system got some free stuff over another is petty.

If they're AFKing, it's leeching, but I don't think there is any repercussion for someone just ignoring the objective but still playing. I mean they aren't AFKing, and it is still labeled as free roam. AFAIK there isn't anything DE has said about this case.
Your best bet is to find a consistent group to play with, play solo, or just accept that you'll carry some games. I mean personally if I'm doing a bounty pub, and there is some mining veins near me after I finish that objective I'm gonna grab em before I go to the next one. If everyone else wants to rush that's kind of on them. I like to try to squeeze out as much reward for my time in each mission.

The star chart is how you've been selecting each mission. It's also referenced as "navigation" in game.

Regardless, dedicated servers per session isn't feasible. The best they could possibly do is offer like what they offer for conclave, to allow players to host their own dedicated servers.

Just gonna say, download/upload has no affect on latency. The only thing that matters is bandwidth. So just because you have a high download/upload speed doesn't mean your latency wasn't garbage.
Also, dedicated servers for each session is not easy, not cheap, and not feasible. The only game I've seen have small session dedicated servers was recent CoD installments, and they're backed by the financial titan that is Activision.
Also, I've played stupid high latency games. Latency doesn't affect framerate. What you're describing sounds like poor hardware.

From all the codex stuff, we can infer that original frames were lab grown golems mixed with "human" DNA, the Technocyte Virus, and some other goo DNA to become what they are now. However, they were still made with the intent of having the Tenno control them with their spooky void mind control. That's why Rhino's codex talks about him rampaging through the lab, or Excal Prime being the first and being "built around" the Tenno. Umbral Frames were more than likely made after the first frames, and used living people instead of random goo.
Warframe's lore should always be taken with a grain of salt though. It's one of those things that's interesting, but not interesting under a microscope.

I remember back in 2013 when my best friend and I first discovered the infested, and how actually scary that was.
I also remember when the void towers were still really early in their life cycle trying to solo a T3 exterminate with a friend who wasn't leveled that much, and taking possibly the worst kit I could have at the time. It took 45 minutes to kill 200+ enemies and we almost failed.
I remember a friend who strung me along as I was trying to level Valkyr.
God nostalgia just makes me really sad.
