let's imagine I finally got the Oberon Prime Systems, the last part I needed.
but I am 2 Argon Crystals short (as stockpiling those is useless)
why bother going to the void and actually playing the game, when I can go to Cetus and chuck a million alloy plates at some NPC and get 2 argon crystal for almost zero effort

Well I mean, although the alloy plates are rather easy to get, it still requires you playing the game in order to get them, no? That's not zero effort.

And even if you have them already and you continuously trade them for argon crystals, in the future, after you've traded a significant amount of your alloy plates, you would still need to put out some level of effort to obtain both resources .

However, the system can be adapted to transmute Sortie Rewards into 'Sortie Tokens' which can then be used to obtain things (with Rivens and Legendary Core being the most expensive) that never drop.

Haha I like this. But of course, the idea doesn't have to go exactly how I stated it. I know it can definitely work since it does happen in other games. It would just need to be tweaked to work to everyone's benefit.

You could get 40 argon crystal with that amount, when was the last time you used more than 3 argon crystal in a month?
Another month of intensive playing and you'll have another million or two that can be wasted in an large amount of rare resources again.

Fair point but then again, the amount of resources I stated that would be needed to trade for another is just an example. It can always be put higher.

My thing is that it would always be cool to have multiple ways to get something. Say you're in a time crunch and you need 6 argon crystals asap (And I used 5 argon crystals couple days ago to answer that question you asked). You don't have the time to farm the resources so you go to the NPC and trade for it. You have to be smart on how you trade because you could end up trading for one thing and finish that stack of resources that you might need at another point.

Or or or, there could be a limit to how many rare resources you can get at a certain point of time and how many resources you can trade. Typing this reminds me of Minecraft lol where you can trade things to villagers but after a certain amount the villagers dont want that resource any more.

Or omg it could be something like a Darvo Deal where for this limited time you can trade this resource for another and it's a new deal each week or two weeks or something like that. There are really a lot of possibilities to this idea. It doesn't necessarily have to go exactly how I put it.

It would allow the option for people to develop unfair prices for common resources, which ultimately preys on people who are just starting the game and are vulnerable to the demands of the free market. I vote that this is a terrible idea and wouldn't benefit anyone.

People? The NPC would have fixed prices on resource. NPC's can't prey on people. lol

  5. Forgive me if this has been brought up before but it would be great if we had the option to trade a resource for another.

MR, 22 and currently I have about 4,116,053 Nano Spores and 1,189,529 Alloy Plates. As much as I like hoarding my stuff, wouldn't it be great If I could trade about 20,000 of those Nano Spores or 30,000 of those Alloy Plates for an Argon Crystal or Tellurium. It would allow us to get rid of the stockpiles of resources we have and get rarer ones with more ease. This can of course, only happen if you have that many resources to spare.

This could be a new feature for Cetus. There could be an NPC that offers to take multiples of one resource for another rarer resource. Just an idea.

she would need a a small dot heal from ability as multiple things require or force her to take damage, and i don't think her 2 should be capped by number of enemies, but more like range

Hmm, noted. I'll look into those.

    The Glast Gambit: Hotfix 19.11.1

    Changes

    • The Arcturus Syandana will now fade out when aiming down sights to help visibility when playing from the right hand side.

Can you guys do something similar for the people that liked the Sari Syandana open? Revert the syandana to the original settings, make it fade out/close when aiming or just give us a toggle?

ok , that's done for her stat and ability in my opinion ,other people might have other opinion on her abilities and i wont comment anything about the quest of her cuz im too lazy to read it

    now for the weapon.

    - the gastria: +have the ability to deal elemental damage base on the energy color ,i can see that u want a weapon that have ability like chroma's                            passive.

+if u gonna make it have the ability to shoot 1-3 arrow at a time then u have to make it have the numble of arrow shot depend on the                          charge rate (like angstrum :number  of rocket it shoot depend on charge rate) or have 2 fire mode (like zarr :barrel and laucher)

-melee : +u think of 2 melee for her but i think u should change that dual machete into dual dagger cuz if that dual machete get added into                               warframe then DE have to make a stance mod for it unless they agree to make a stance mod or u think out a stance for it

+i think u should take out 1 melee weapon cuz 2 melee for 1 frame ,i think its too much melee for only 1 frame

that's all i have to say for now and i might pm u in warframe at some time cuz i dont really like talking in public

Welp I'm caught. I really like Chroma's passive. Is it bad that I don't want it to be limited to only him? Yup it's definitely based on charge. I guess I'll make that more clear.

I know the standard of releases from DE. I thought of the dual machete at first because, why not? I can definitely think up a stance for it, that would be fun.

Someone in the comments mentioned a throwing weapon and I realized we don't have a spear in the game! Also, the ancient Greeks used a combination of the spear and shield so why not include this unique idea into the concept as well. I don't want her to have 2 melees, I'm just introducing the both of them for DE to choose from since they are currently weapon types that are not in the game.

  9. I remember joining Akkad a few times and having a person leave after wave 5 and getting upset. I said nothing to the person but the whole time I was like "Why tf would you come to Akkad just to leave after 5 waves?". I then went into a public interception fissure mission and asked my fellow squad members if they would have liked to stay for 10 waves. We eventually agreed on 20. 3 minutes into the mission I got a call from someone and it was an emergency and I had to leave right then and there but I didn't wait until the round was complete I just left so another player could hopefully join.

Point is, people have many reasons for hopping into a squad and leaving. I guess, just be a little more understanding.

If you can't, just run INV only squads with trusted people. Make a lot of friends so that when you need to do these long missions, you always have people willing. Sometimes these solutions have to come from the player rather than the company because tayloring the system to some people's demands will definitely cause a problem for the people who were fine with it before. This causes unnecessary conflict.

After 5 minutes the objective is complete. I do feel like in survival missions people should be able to extract at any point in time after the objective is completed but to join anytime they want after the objective is completed is..I don't see it happening.

ok ,her stat is a little bit balance now but i have 2 question about her abilities :

    1. her "mystification" have a buff that increase allie accuracy while they in it ,how does it make sense ?

    2. her "scream" abilities , is it worth to be an ultimate ability ? u have to charge it to use it ,and it only disable enemies ability temporarily . rather make enemies stagger and run away i think

that's my opinion ,u may hate me cuz i talk bad about your warframe ultimate but everyone have their own opinion , but i tell u cuz i want to help u improve it

    gl

Oh no, I don't think so. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

For Mystification, it's only the enemies that are surrounded in the fog. Think of it like Inaros' ability where he throws sand at enemies. The difference is that his ability blinds them and opens them to finishers. Mystification doesn't. They can still attack but their accuracy is decreased. Mystification also has a buff side to allies which Inaros' ability doesn't. Which is to grant increased accuracy to her allies.

Hmm I supposed I can add a larger advantage to Scream because, you have a point, it is her ultimate. I just don't want it to be too op. I thought of it because it'd be great to have a way to disable Nullifiers and those Eximus units without having to get too close (this was before DE came out with the idea to put a machine on top of Nullies' bubbles that you can shoot to deactivate.)

I'll take another look at Scream however and edit the Mystification ability to make how it works even clearer.

  11. Kuva Floods and Kuva Siphons are already quest locked. You want to mastery rank lock them too? Doesn't that sound a bit unreasonable to you?

It'd be funny if you ended up in a Kuva mission with MR 18's and they did just as poorly as the lower MR's you're talking about. If you're so concerned about who might end up in one of your squads, go with trusted people in an inv only squad.

    1) Has the grind gotten worse since the start?

    2) Has the fun been slowly dying for you?

    3) Do you like the direction DE is going with warframe?

I don't claim to be a veteran (since I started playing in 2015) but I have been watching my friends play long before that so I think I'm eligible to contribute to this thread.

    1. Not very much. I used to watch my friends grind for hours on end for some resources and keys (back when abilities were mods) and DE, in my opinion, has not made the grind that much worse or better. They've made some grinds easier, some harder and implemented new ways to grind.

    2. No, not really. I still have fun doing things like trying out new weapons and playing around with new frames and fashion. Occasionally I get bored but I'll just go play another game for a few days and come back.

    3. No and yes. I don't like the fact that they claim to want to reduce the grind but instead creatively implement more ways to do so. I don't like the fact that they seem to focus so much on new content and fashion rather than fixing age old problems. I don't like the fact that they want to keep on this trend of steadily increasing resource costs. I don't like the way they band-aid fix problems (like the reason for implementing rivens) instead of giving the problems the attention they deserve.

I do like where fashionframe is going and the concepts behind the new frames (love Titania and Nidus) and I like where the game is going graphically.

DE just isn't very consistent in my opinion. Which doesn't help them in the least. Maybe they're going through a phase.

  13. Okay so I actually really like this. Feels like it'd give me nightmares if it was actually implemented. I'd put more organization into your original post though and list his statistics: speed, shield..etc.

I wouldn't really agree with it needing more CC. 2 ensnares enemies and so does 4. What I would like to see is a real damage dealing move. Considering that arachnids vomit up stomach acid to dissolve their prey, you could adapt that into a move. Maybe in his arachnid form he spits out pools of acid onto enemies/the ground (kind of like giving Tar Moas a taste of their own medicine lol) and that could really damage the enemies that it touches while procing toxin damage.

Not even gonna bother. The last ticket I sent in over 2 weeks ago hasn't even been addressed. The screencaps are just a warning/contribution to show what the server overload has done.
