I've been through my fair share of missions where someone has blitzed through, leaving me a few scraps, but I'm OK with that - it's the price of playing a co-operative game with an open team. The game gives us the option for open/closed teams, so I'm happy with the current situation.
-
DE, the Rathuum content should be optional. Please unlink it from the normal flow of content (Sedna -> Uranus, Chroma quest etc.).
-
As Skaleek pointed out, in this game (and probably every other game), all elements: warframes, weapons, companions etc. cannot be made equal. I love all the variety in this game; these elements are all different and impossible to be made equal - in fact I quite like the differences.
-
This thread comes across as elitist (and a touch arrogant). This is primarily a PVE focused game, so lets ignore the PVP elements for now. It is a game (not a contest or competition), people play for fun. If someone's idea of fun is running around blowing things up with a tonkor, that doesn't hurt you (and you don't have the right to deny them that fun). Use it or do not - each person can decide for themselves. I love the variety of weapons in this game.

P.S. I love the variety of weapons in this game.

Well there are a number of outcomes, drive people to buy more platinum or drive them away from the game!
DE, we are only complaining because we love the game!

Thanks, I didn't know the order of mod placement made any difference.
I like the original post idea, having a clear defined role for each kubrow type - attach or fetch (resupply).
Perhaps some of the kubrow mods could be updated so that they could be placed on more than one type of kubrow (to a limited extent): e.g. Dig on a Chesa or Sahasa.

There are a couple of other threads covering this topic. For now I've given up on getting to Uranus or completing the Chroma quest.
Please unlink progress from Sedna to Uranus from the Rathuum stuff; perhaps move the Rathuum content to an end level planet.
-
Unless I missed this in the mass of text, please fix (or unblock) the path from Sedna to Uranus (especially for newer players).
-
-
I actually started my own thread elsewhere, but basically have said the same thing. For new players, the path to next planet is virtually blocked.
-
Thanks for the reply. But the next planet is Uranus which is level 21-37. Sedna itself is level 16-32. The last arenas you mentioned are at a much higher level. I doubt someone new (like myself) who has just got to Sedna will last long in the later arenas. That leaves the first one giving you 1 point. Yes is a grind.
-
I'm fairly new, made my way to Sedna, and can handle the content at that level. But now with the requirement for Judgement points to unlock the next planet, my progress has come to a grinding halt. I don't want any of the Rathuum rewards, just want to get to the next planet. As I don't have any interest in grinding the 100 points required, I don't see much point in continuing this game. Is there another way to progress through the star chart? Any advice?
-
If this is permanent, seems like a big grind just to finish of Sedna. I don't want any of this event's rewards, but would like to progress past Sedna.

I haven't noticed any kubrows on this site, so either no one is trading kubrows this way or the way I'm searching is wrong.
In any case, what is the easiest way to trade kubrow imprints?
Thanks in advance.

Any kubrow trading? I haven't been able to find any kubrow imprint related trades on Warframe Market. Is it that people aren't trading or is there a particular way to search for kubrow imprints?

Welcome! I hope you continue to have fun. :)
1. Putting previous Prime equipment in the vault removes it from the drop tables, meaning that there's less crowding on them. If you were trying to get a single item, and no Prime had ever been vaulted, your chances of getting that single item would be considerably lower than they are now (in theory; it's still fairly low, though).
2. An exchange or auction house is very much desired by a fair number of players, if the forums are to be believed. Personally, I'd like to see one as well. While you wait and hope for the next patch to add this functionality, your next best bet is most likely http://warframe.market - while not a Digital Extremes site, it's fairly commonly used and should give you a fair idea of what to expect, pricing-wise. You might even be able to message someone and set up a trade that way, instead of dealing with the text scroll in Trading chat. I've used it myself to pick up a few Prisma and Prime items, though I didn't register with the site - I merely looked at the information.
Again, welcome to the community! Here's hoping you enjoy your stay.
Thanks for the tip, made my first purchase via warframe.market.

I'm a new player, and haven't had this much fun in a game for while. There are two issues that I have:
1. Regarding prime gear, I don't understand the rationale behind the rotating or time gated availability? As a new player, lots of cool stuff seems out of reach. Why not just make the gear available for sale all the time? I'm prepared to spend money! (I'm aware that prime blueprints etc. can be traded, which brings me to my second wish.)
2. Any chance we will get an exchange? My understanding of the trading system is that if there is something I want to buy, it relies on someone being at the same place and at the same time as me, selling what I want, and I have to notice it amongst al the trade spam. Way too inconvenient!

Admittedly I'm only a casual player, but I have yet to finish any solo mission with a bursa. (I haven't come across one in a group yet.) I'm basically giving up on Corpus missions for now. Have plenty of other games vying for my attention! I used to have fun playing Warframe, but due to bursas, I cannot complete any more of the maps.

Or just move the Rathuum content to an end level planet?
