I was running netracells with my buddies for the week and while running them I encountered an issue when I was using the ruvox and melee influence where in if I heavy slammed with influence's effect active, it would seemingly cause a dramatic decrease in my teammates fps and a slightly less noticeable one for myself. After using them for a little while in the mission we came to the conclusion that that was probably what was causing the fps drops after testing some other things that we were doing as a group and nothing else affecting our fps anywhere near as much. We decided that it was definitely the case when a couple missions later when I hadn't unequipped them, I did a few slams on a relatively small group of enemies to test and my friends commented on having fps drops again after I used a heavy slam on them.
after we were done with our netracell runs, I took one of my friends with me into the simulacrum where we tried to do some further testing, including swapping out some of the incarnon upgrades I had (thinking it could be something to do with evolution V vulnerability serum, which it didn't seem like it was), trying to use a similar effect in the form of nezha's new augment (had slight fps drops with this but not anywhere near as bad as it was with influence however did get very bad with the combination of the two) and then would continue to consistently manage to make it drop while using influence, my friend at one point commenting that he dropped from his normally 300ish fps all the way down to anywhere below 90. For some additional information, for all of the runs and testing, I was playing off-host with about 80-90 ping to the host, and for both the runs and the testing I was playing primarily as dante, however I did swap off to some other frames and it continued to happen on them as well.
