How is it common sense to create a secondary account to get support on your primary account? I checked every single launcher, platform and game I had everything from juggernauts like EA/origin, mid sized teams like Gaijin (war thunder) and small teams like Standing stone games (LOTRO) and a bunch of other platforms/games in-between. Every one of them had either a contact email or a way to submit a ticket through their website. It needs to be in the FAQ, it is not common knowledge.
