  1. Are you saying they don't tell users that need help how to get help because people might abuse it? or are you saying that creating a throwaway account with a random gmail is more secure then just contacting support directly without the random new account?
  2. How is it common sense to create a secondary account to get support on your primary account? I checked every single launcher, platform and game I had everything from juggernauts like EA/origin, mid sized teams like Gaijin (war thunder) and small teams like Standing stone games (LOTRO) and a bunch of other platforms/games in-between. Every one of them had either a contact email or a way to submit a ticket through their website. It needs to be in the FAQ, it is not common knowledge.
  3. If you forget your email or lose access to your account for whatever reason. There is no way to contact support, however if you have a buddy contact support on your behalf you are informed that there is a way to contact support for these issues and its to create a second account and to then submit a ticket on your second account for your primary account. My buddy and I where completely directionless when it came to recovering his account of ~3k hours and over 200$. Nowhere on https://support.warframe.com/hc/en-us/articles/200039839-Contacting-Customer-Service does it say anything about creating a second account to contact support about losing your account email. If that is the direction DE wants to take support tickets on this issue fine, a little roundabout but ok. However it has to be listed as the way to contact support if you've lost your account email.
  4. I have never in my years of playing and forgetting account information needed to create a secondary account just to contact support. I checked every single one of my online games with a log in and every single one of them has a nice and convenient way to reach out to support about account issues. But warframe? Nope, gotta create a new email account, then create a new warframe account and then you can contact support and go through the process. It was so unintuitive that I joked with a friend "what if I had to create a whole new account just to contact support for my real account". Even if they do want you to make a second account to contact DE they should post it somewhere in their FAQ or support section so the user isn't directionless. Nowhere in https://support.warframe.com/hc/en-us/articles/200039839-Contacting-Customer-Service or https://support.warframe.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=✓&category=202937407&query=lost+email does it say anything about creating a second account to contact support even though support does tell anyone with this issue to do so. So again if this is the direction DE wants to take their support fine. However they need to list it SOMEWHERE on their website.
