Testing it in the simulacrum it does scale off of base max health, so that's consistent. However, the tooltip in the arsenal shows it scaling off of ability strength as well, which it currently does not. I think the opportunity cost of the mod is currently not worth both the mod slot and taking the place of vitality. I think it should reflect the arsenal and actually scale based on power strength. Parasitic link can't snapshot itself anyways, so that would be consistent and hopefully not a problem. You could reduce it to 2% health per stack and it'd break even at 200% power strength, and then players can specifically mod to get it higher. As it stands, Nidus barely benefits from slotting this mod in for longer missions, and does not benefit at all for short missions, which are not his strong suit. It's a gimmicky mod that doesn't even do its own gimmick that well.
