They spy missions are really just learning each map. Once you learn each puzzle you can do them in your sleep

One of the faster ways is to run the spy mission on Earth. Each of the three points has a good chance of giving you a mod, plus any mods you happen to pickup from kills on the way to the spy points.

I completely agree. I'd certainly use my other beast pets if I didn't have to switch between stasis. As is I just run Smeeta on default.

I've had luck with duo farming, but have had awful drops when solo.
Also if you're running Nekros don't use his Shadows as it limits the spawns.

Cap messages when trying to proceed, current/max standing, daily standing cap from profile etc.

Probably a replication error somewhere. How long ago did you make the changes?

So basically you're going to either build a Roar build for party buff, or you're going to make an all purpose build. Stomp builds have fallen out of favor, but you could still do that I suppose.
I suggest the Roar build.

My problem with Archwing is the yaw. Why the muck is the yaw attached to my main movement stick?

I really wish there was a difficulty slider of some kind. Bump Akkad to "Legendary" and grab quadruple the credits per run.

Your setup is the one that uses those corrupted mods. This game mode is designed with the idea of being as efficient as possible.
Bring a good weapon and hope for the best. I don't see a way for you to consistently solo for an extended period while handicapping yourself to such an extent.
Your best bet is probably Mag with as much power strength, duration and range as you can muster as she can fairly effectively deal with all the enemy types. She also has a good bit of survivability with her crush augment. If you don't use augment mods either I'm at a loss.

Power Throw adds the explosion damage on impact to the glaives which is how you use it to proc Chroma (with Quick Return). Be aware that you will self damage yourself if explosion is nearby and if you've pumped it up that explosion will likely take you out. Without Quick Return, or with Rebound in, this is less likely to happened.

The stance will not matter. It attacks similar to the quick melee. It's really going to come down to personal choice for you. Play around with it and see if you like it. I recommend a pole arm over glaives as you'll get more bang for your buck, but if you end up liking the glaives than ho for it.
Personally, I save the glaives exclusively for Chroma to proc his power
