  2. My two senses on Khora. 

     

    I would really like for the following:

    1: I suppose her first ability is ok. So no real changes. Though I wish that the range of the AOE could be affected by range of only slightly. 

    2: Her two seems ok, though is there a limit to how many enemies can become ensnared? Or how does some enemies come out of it so easily. Why can't the original target retract those who escape? I would like it to do damage over time and if the ensnared enemies add bonus range to her 1 then that would be cool

    3: Can we please get the option to hold 3 and target an enemy (like them pesky Bombards or Hyekka Masters Nox too). That way we can easily target specific targets. Also why not let her Protect and Heal have an additional effect on Khora herself (like say grants her additional shields or something). 

    4: Really would have loved that Exalted Whip. Strangledome is cool too. So why not give us the option to do both: like hold 5 to cast the dome and tap to use the whip. Hell let us choose: if we use the whip then hold to dome then we can't use the whip and the ability ends after duration. Though if we just use the whip we can activate and deactivate  as we please 

     

    These are just some of the tweaks I think would look great and improve her. 

    Vote on this if you agree so the Devs can see

    I know, however it is not final. Scott never said it was her definite passive.

    It is still subject to change. They are still working on the mechanics and as such not every detail is final.

    And the name is already chosen most likely. The DC naming post went up about 1 or 2 months ago now. 

    Well i didnt know that part. But Scott was saying that the passive still needed tweaking and some stuff still isn't finalized yet. So just putting an idea out there.
    And I never particularly said that they absolutely needed help. Just putting it out there, you never know.

    Passive: Iridescent

    Innate visibility reduction: just like the Rakta Dark Dagger; though it reduces the range at which enemies can spot the player. Depleted shields cause a radial flash in 6m, blinding enemies for a short duration. Upon losing 30% of max health, frame gains bonus armor for 10 secs. After losing 10% more of health, another armor buff can take place, but only two instances of this bonus armor can occur at a time, which will be refreshed when the frame gains more health to reset the trigger.

    Upon watching Devstream 98,  and hearing Scott's idea, in tribute:

    The flash in my passive idea can be tied to light intensity like he said.

    A large energy pool and low defensive capabilities, because his powers allow him not to be detected or targeted easily.

    As for the abilities:

    1)      Shifter

    Phanthom possess an enemy, being able to control his movement while not being detected, as other enemies from his faction will consider him non-hostile. If you were detected before, enemies will just lose track from you. After you “get out” from the body, the possessed enemy will fall asleep for 5 seconds and act like nothing happened. The ability will last if you have energy or if you disable it, or if the target dies.

    Energy cost will be the same as Ivara’s prowl.

    Duration*, range, and efficiency affects the ability.

    *(not the 5 second sleep)

    2)      Etherical form

    Phanthom becomes nearly invisible will move slightly slower and be able to walk through enemies without being detected. If Phanthom moves slowly he will be invisible, but if he moves faster, energy cost will raise and he will turn transparent. Phanthom can move up and down, like Wukong’s cloud walker.

    Energy cost will be the same as Ivara’s prowl.

    Duration and efficiency affects energy cost, while power range affects the energy/meter while moving faster and strength increase transparency while moving faster.

    3)      Annihilate/Obliterate/…?

    Phanthom targets up to 12 enemies which will have spikes coming out from them, causing them to be open for finishers for 15 seconds. Finishers gives health and energy back. Close unaffected enemies will suffer from fear (like Nekros’ terrify) and will run for 15 seconds

    All mods affect the ability, but power strength only affects the damage dealt with the bleed proc, and power duration only affects the fear duration.

    4)      Dark form

    Phanthom is enraged, his stats changes and his powers have different effects. The ability will last if you have energy or if you disable it. Phanthom will gain an additional +100 health, +200 armor, 50% damage but will lose 10% sprint speed and 10% parkour velocity. Positive stats only are affected by power strength.

    While under the dark form, Phanthom’s power changes a little bit:

    Shifter will instead mind control an enemy, (like Nyx) but the enemy’s health will start decaying slowly. (duration 30 seconds)

    Etherical form, sends a friendly ghost, who will attack other enemies and draw aggression. Press and hold the 2nd ability button and you will be teleported to your friendly ghost’s last location. (20 seconds)

    Annihilate will choose 3 (from the 12) enemies, which will not receive the bleed proc, but instead turn undead and will fight for you. (30 seconds)

    Power strength only affects the ability.

    5)      (Passive) Phanthom is a tracker by nature, he is harder to detect and once he has an enemy in sight, he can see him on the map.

    So that’s it, I don’t have any design, and I’m bad at drawing. I tried to imagine it as more balanced as I could, feel free to tell me what you think about him, and what would make Phanthom better.
     

    I have written down this concept as one of the many concepts that I have. I like your ideas. I makes me feel like I don't have to do this Ghost Frame idea lol

    But I'll still try. I love your abilities they make him familiar but a bit unique at the same time. And he seems perfectly balanced. Maybe a bit of touch-up on some of his skills but, all-in-all, a good concept nonetheless. Hats off to you! :heart::inlove::thumbup:

    I'll try to make my ideas different from yours. If not, I'll just reference any similar ability to this post (as in, if i can't come up with an ability, i'll just put the link to this concept and tell them the ability). Though that is, IF I make the concept of a Ghost Frame

  9. Hello Everyone. After playing with my epic Zenurik Focus (:zenurik:) I have realized a major bug!!!

    Zenurik's Energy Overflow passive does not work anymore.This is the passive that allows you to regain a set amount of energy per mission.

     

    After painstakingly working to upgrade my :zenurik: so I can get more energy restored, and playing a couple missions, I realised it was not giving me the energy overtime.

    I finally verified this bug when I was using my Wukong, who has Steel Charge equipped. After casting my focus, the enemies were suspended but the energy restore passive did no occur. It happened throughout the mission. I even tried fully running down my focus instead of doing a short burst (i.e ending the focus move early), but it still did not work.

    I first kinda realised this issue when using Chroma, who at the time was using Energy Siphon. As I like to have my frames being energy efficient. 

     

    I am very disappointed as I went through all the trouble of acquiring the points needed for the passive, of which is at level 2 now. Zenurik is not my first chosen Focus, but rather my second... Vazarin was my first after doing the second dream.

     

    P.S: Vazarin's passive works fine.

     

    Please help. Is anyone else experiencing this major bug?

  11. I love this idea... In all my Frame ideas I have never thought of a Phoenix Frame.

    I love phoenixes but I suppose the reason I didn't and in fact strayed away from the concept is that 'phoenix' means something different to me. I have a character by that name in an anime/story I have been creating. So...the Frame would probably be overpowered and nerfed to all hell :laugh:

     

    Anyways I love this. It sounds cool. You should explain the passive a bit too. I am kinda confused. So expand on it some more. I like the abilities. I don't see anything wrong with them. But i will help you if push comes to shove.

    Fraction: Tenno

    “Sakura” (cherry blossoms) + “Tessen”(fan)= ‘Sakusen’

    Trying to channel void energy this weapon was created to be both devastating and elegantly beautiful. Like the Tenno themselves.

     

    Dual-wield twin fans. Tenno origins and sleek design.

    Uses dual dagger/swords grip. Modified version of this grip type can be used to create a unique fan grip.

    Going full melee will make the Tenno cross their arms much like the dual swords grip but will flash open the fan (outer frame as there is no fabric), then causing energy to flare to life to form the complete fan.

     

    Features primary and alternate mode change. This readily affect the charged attack, which is a ranged attack similar to glaive-like weapons.

    Primary mode fires a wind gust projectile that damages enemies from afar. Grants 10% bonus crit

    Alternate mode throws one fan itself, targeting a single enemy, where the fan rotates (like a saw) dealing high damage. Grants 30% status chance

     Channelling creates a beautiful trailing blossom effect (sakura) based on the energy colour. This also grants bonus slash damage. Restores 10% energy upon a crit.

    Alternate charge attack 200 slash (+100 when channelling)

    **channelling during combos not only gives bonus damage, it gives a beautiful and pleasing aesthetic look to the combat of the weapon.

    But i think the damage output of Titana herself in Razorwing mode should increase, maybe more status or crit chance. But mainly I think she needs more butterflies. So they do more damage, you have more of them and they respawn if all destroyed. These can be tweaked, as all of these buffs would be classified as "broken". 

    Also death to the razorflies would cause them to explode dealing more damage.

    I just want more butterflies of death man!! :)

I can see reflecting damage and damage buffs being applicable. passive could be a all around damage buff or armor buff the more health damage they have taken, either compared to their max health or the mission entirely. As for the signature weapons they could have a spear and a gladius(sword)+shield. Maybe their 4 ability would be a Gladius and a shield the reflects some of the damage blocked back at the attackers. or maybe stores the damage it blocks to make a large explosion once the ability ends.

    I've noticed that warframes have secondary names, kinda like titles. with this theme 'The Gladiator' sounds nice to me.

  15. So..i have started and it seems that the hydraulics thing on Uranus glitched out. So i can press all notes except the final two. The upper sections (percussion) won't click. And the symbols don't appear until I go below the percussion row. Sum result...can't finish the mission. 

    Am I the only one who got this?

     

    Also... Octavia's parts doesn't seem to drop from the caches on the Lu. I ran it like 5 times and that equals 15 caches... I got nothing. I think it is bugged. I didn't see the music room either.
