[I hate the queens.]

I feel when the main villain in your (mostly) serious story reminds me of Gruntilda, it's not a great sign.
Worm is almost entirely an afterthought, since she barely even does anything and acts like an obnoxious child.

I don't mind either of these characters as villains, but they were nowhere intimidating enough to be the queens to me, they felt something more like Vor status.

[A Buzlok wraith or prisma?]

Outside of stats its mechanics really could use an overhaul, as was mentioned making the tracer a hitscan would be awesome. Personally I think the buzlok needs to either be longer ranged or make the bullets' arc much slimmer when homing in, the normal arc is so wide its can be obnoxiously difficult to hit something close to you but the range is so poor that it isn't suited for long range either.
Also just in terms of my preferences I'd rather it not be scoped.

This gun is perfect on an artistic level for me, and I'd love to be able to get more use out of it.
