This has been done already. You can only see Nightmare nodes if you've completed the whole system. (Or so I heard.)

Make it so that your first time going through the mission is normal, so newbies can get the hang of it. Then the second time, allow for it to be unlocked to be a Nightmare Mode mission and have Lotus run a track in the beginning of the game saying the second time could be harder than the first, meaning the Nightmare missions are deployable on them after you beat them once.
Just a thought.

I think i will wait a little until i understand the game better. but i am here for that as well. to understand what are essentials and what i can earn myself with'n a reasonable amount of play time.
Orokin Catalysts and Reactors double the mod capacity of a weapon or warframe, respectively, increasing your possibility for decimation on the battlefield.
Warframes and Sentinels can be earned in game by collecting resources. If you do not wish to wait the many days it takes, you can purchase them in the store and they will be supercharged with catalysts and reactors along with a Warframe slot. I recommend if you are going for Nova, to just purchase her from the store as her drop rates seem to be off a bit.

I wasn't planing on buying any packages or platinum untl i was more knowladgable with the game, but with the recent steam sale i had to take advantage. I purchased all the packs and i havew a ton of currency.
I was wondering if i should wait until im a hgher level before buying any thing, or if there are essentials i should get now.
recommendations?

the way i read it (if your not friends or clan mate) one of them trying to rush to keep up, the other tell him not to bother cause he hope you'll just die alone, you dont die, they fail to catch up befor you kill the boss, they have no clue if there was a drop or not, they quit and go to host another game without you in it
The way the mission had actually gone is they went ahead of me in the beginning, died, I pass them, start recording, go normal speed, they die more and more, then I kill the boss, they die again and without noticing, one died near me, so by the time I had realized it, he was dead and left.

honestly, i dont feel bad you, infact kinda happy you got bugged, your ahead of everyone, the other players might be just slow, and insted waiting or finding a game with a faster group, you solo the boss and rush back to extraction, leaving potential blueprint away from thier reach if they not know where the boss room is.
consider get in a group of friends or just try to adept to how everyone else play.
Do you not remember the guy telling me to go alone?

To be honest this was really a F you to all of the complainers instead of RNG sympathy. I was trying to get on the whiners' nerves. Not seen as such, though.
I realize RNG could be better, but theres no need for 9001 threads about it.

Ever wanted to change your username or have the ability to change your username? Me too.
It would work just like the account reset.
This would make it to where people with inappropriately named Warframes got a chance to change it to something different.
This would also allow for people with names they no longer want to go by, be able to be changed.
Maybe even have Steam name -> Warframe Name functions?

I actually lol'd. It's posted to get the attention of those who are being childish about the RNG drop rates, not actually a message to DE.

Please ignore the massive amounts of complaints from people about RNG. I see it as fair game and the only real way to supply your playerbase with what is supposed to be platinum-bought items. You are creating a game of patience, endurance, skill, and a little bit of luck, and that is what draws players like me in. Sure some things could be ironed out, like the resource bug, but aside from that, RNG is better than ever. The people who complain about it really just want everything handed to them. Trust me, I know, because I was like that. When you give us exactly what we want, we complain, because it's not good enough because most of us are greedy elitists.
For example: "X" never drops; Angry Andrew is mad and says RNG is stupid because he lacks patience. This is a case of the player wanting everything to go his way. Tough **** because it's up to the developer to make the game as they see fit.
For example: "Y" drops while Belated Bob is away; Belated Bob is now furious and claims RNG is working only to benefit the "money-grubbing" developers. This is a case of a sense of entitlement to Y because he wants it.
In just two examples you can see that the players are looking for a completely free experience to go perfectly their way regardless of the needs of the developers. (You guys if you didn't notice) You guys need the funding we provide so you can continue to develop games and live your lives. Your lives are not centered around this game, and you do not have to continue developing it. Do not cave in because Angry Andrew and Belated Bob aren't happy. This is YOUR game, so please continue to make it the best you can.
