I have been trying to do this quest for ages.
Im now at the point where you need to enter the Plains the first time.
It is night, I have the Mask on and "hood activated", the quest is active and sometimes the guy even asks me "are you ready tenno".
However, these white marks that are supposed to appear just dont, and I went to the location where this hand was supposed to be and it isnt.
I tried pretty much everything that is in my power to fix the quest but it just doesnt work.
Did I miss something? or is it just completely bugged?
