Its stats aren't worth a darn thing. The Ice debuff cuts shield capacity and shield regen too, so I'd be more inclined to take up Fast Deflection, Redirection, Steel Fiber, and/or Vitality. Why would I ever take this mod? It's 4 units which can be better spent on something that's actually going to help you.
It's also kind of insulting that Insulation isn't a default stat on Frost.

Powers are useless against Infested.
Shock is super weak.
Electric Shield is worthless unless used for reviving.
Suggestions:
Shock needs an arcing mechanic added to it. It also needs to pierce Shield Lancer shields.
Overload needs to affect more than just light fixtures for that extra damage.
Electric Shield should supercharge ammo that Volt shoots from his side of the shield, dealing additional electric damage to enemies.

If the base damage on "Enemy Weapons" was buffed, then soon we would be getting instakilled by the Grineer snipers,
Even if the base damage was buffed, Grineer snipers would still be completely useless.

Incendiary, electrical, armor piercing, and cryo damage. What's missing from this? Explosive. It'd be super fun to have a Hek with explosive pellets/slugs.

I don't even notice if Vauban's abilities even have scaling when I upgraded them to rank 2 and 3. There's no tooltip to tell me what the effects of upgrading his abilities are.

I once mistaked it for armor penetration or something like that but I never figured out if having the puncture stat does anything or not. Can somebody clarify what the puncture stat actually does?

They took all of Vulkar's power and gave it to the Kunais.
But in any case I agree. It still makes a pretty sweet sound when it fires but that's the only thing I like about it. Might as well use a Latron since it deals about the same damage and carries more ammo and has a higher RoF and has a faster reload speed.

They should make a level where your only enemies are Rollers. That should be hard enough for you.

Just use any weapons that do this and eventually enemy corpses that aren't moas, infested, or sentinels will occassionally rubber around. It's hilarious at times, because the worst possible one I've found ended up coating the entire wall and part of a door and shaking like a diabetic after drink mountain dew.

What about reducing the range of its shield/energy siphoning attack? It feels like it has way more range than the Ancient Healer and the Toxic Ancient.

It happened to me on a Void Key mission. I had all 4 revives left and I was doing fine, then out of the blue I die and I get a mission failed screen. I got nothing out of the mission at all, and I saw no where that there's a time limit of anything. So what gives? I want a replacement Void Key if this is a bug. The same thing happens to me on Defense missions too, both Solo and Online. The object needing defense wasn't even getting hit enough to be destroyed, but out of the blue, I lose the mission and so do the other people with me. They all say the same thing that the health of the power core or whatever wasn't depleted.

Why use 25 energy to throw a throwing star that isn't even silent when I could use the Kunai that is silent and virtually doesn't run out of ammo?
