In Eris Rescue, running a syndicate weapon. Killed the disruptor guard, triggering the aoe burst of the weapon. It destroyed the tumour on one of the cell doors. That door could not be opened. Fortunately the hostage was in another cell.

Post update, on two separate missions, the siphon failed to account for a kuva cloud kill, thereby prevent mission completion. In one mission, the siphon was unable to register the final fourth cloud. In the other mission, the first kuva cloud was unable to be killed. The counter in the top left hand corner also did not register the failed clouds. Both clouds were killed with void blast.

They have the unique feature that allows players to fight or flee from them, and yet, I encountered them in an Invasion Defence mission type, with no other option but to fight them. There ought to be an extraction area highlighted with such an appearance, as all other mission types allow you to extract if one chooses not to engage them.

Prior to Parazon, solving a spy vault will fill the meter of syndicate weapons, resulting in their aoe burst effect. However, with the Parazon now, the affinity is not registered in filling the meter since the Parazon is the item that is equipped at the time the vault is solved and not the syndicate weapon. Is this intended? It would be a shame as it was always satisfying to have that room clear upon a successful stealth vault clear.
In addition, there seems to be a 1-2 seconds of sticky time upon hacking a console using the Parazon, most noticeable in Corpus Ship Sabotage, whereby the frame will remain stuck to the console upon completion of hacking.

Corpus ship sabotage reactor rooms have lasers on them again, after hacking the console, when they should not. Reappeared again after the latest hotfix.

Accessing the Railjack through the Orbiter starts it with a Flux Capacity that is not filled out, even though it has been stocked full in the Dojo in a previous session.

This issue occurs if you do not empty the magazine entirely. Until they fix it, you still would be able to use it so long as you fire til it is empty.

Hacking the console in one of the coolant rooms opens the doors but there are lasers on the door which should not be there.

Kuva Larvling turns into lich still upon normal melee kill when lich creation was not intended.

Correction, it might not be the leaper and be the runner instead. I would usually see this if I'm solo and letting enemies funnel to me. It would be frozen in the approach animation (the one where it's shoulders look hunched up and arms spread to it's sides). It might unfreeze if I left it but I am uncertain about that, as I usually killed them, and am writing the ticket post-game.

Pyrana Prime will not have the ghost gun raised and would be shooting at the ground. Akstiletto Prime will also have it's left gun not following aim reticle and be pointed to the ground.

Infested Leaper will sometimes just pause mid walking/leaping to player, and remain suspended. Most would not notice it amidst the multiple infested units, but it does occur. Would only occur when in vision of player. Observed in solo survival mission.

Gauss is able to cause random self damage to himself through use of his abilities. Had managed to kill myself three times in an exterminate invasion mission on europa, after casting 1 with 2 and 4 active. Not even running into a wall, but just an open pathway, and then instant death. Even on Hydron, was able to somehow damage self. No radiation condition or weapons. Acceltra was equipped and used, and even with self-damage from it, should not have resulted in instant death due to damage reduction.

Unable to reload equipped weapon after using shawzin in mission. Have to switch to scanner or another weapon and back again.

Enemies are alerted through the use of the simaris synthesis scanner, regardless of distance from target. Tried in closed world mission as well in Plains of Eidolon with similar effect. Please fix, otherwise unable to gain simaris standing except in numerous minute scans of alerted enemies, which is highly inefficient.

Did a Syndicate Survival mission on Jupiter, Adrastea. Initial spawn placed me in a room not with the starting control panel, which was in another room 300m away. Had to employ Liset Lockdown Override Air Support to reach room with starting control panel.

Moa somersaults upwards, lands to adopt a side-to-front posture similar to that of a fencer. Moa moves like a fencer, two quick steps forward, lunges, hops backwards, adopts the starting posture, points up a leg (at an imaginary enemy) and then salutes with the same raised leg.
