    Since PVP is getting updated what better way to advertise it than by moving them to the relays?

    Move the conclave spots to the relays so that the tenno walking around can watch duels between peoples/clans/alliances

    maybe make it an arena style where tenno can watch from the upper floors and see the whole arena.

    yay or nay?

    it never made sense to me why the conclaves are in random spaces in the star chart that you have to unlock, putting them in the relays, a tenno space station, makes more sense to me

  2. If we do get something like this, i hope its an actual Conclave arena and not that tiny Dojo duel room.

    Dojo duels barely have any skill involved, its just about who is using the most op weapons or who uses an op ability first...

    An actual Conclave arena, skill is shown with parkour and maneuvers, aiming, tactic, quick reflexes, situational awareness and prediction.

    Well the new PVP will have set mods, warframe, and weapons so it will be more balanced around skill since everyone is limited to the same gear (similar to what guild wars did i think)

    As for the dueling rooms, imagine instead of having an infinite pitfall below the main room, we put the arena there, expand it to twice its size, make the floor see though glass.

    The center piece of each dueling room can be an even bigger version warframe Statue in each relay and since each relay now represents a different warframe, we can have each duel room match the theme of the respective represented warframe.

    An forestry earth tile set for Oberon(straight forward), a tradition Japanese ninja house (full of tricks/parkour) for ash, a room of lava and fire for ember(stage hazards?), etc.

    Maybe make the matches available to watch on those monitors spread through out the relays or have them advertise stuff

    This way every relay is extremely unique andthe constant duels will make the relays feel more alive

    how do i submit this idea to the devs?

    - Channeling is only usable with a Valkyr equipped with a decaying dragon key and rage.

     

    - I heard this game has something like status or crit? Is it exclusive to ranged weapons?

     

    - Nightmare mode is impossible. Block drains my stamina instantly.

     

    Is this a poe' s law thing?

  5. Does anyone else think this is DE way of mixing Archwing with regular play.

    For survival

    4 tenno in the ship doing survival, 4 tenno in space escorting life support capsules to the ship.

    4 tenno in space trying to take out a grinned ship 4 tenno on land doing mobile defense to hack the planetary defenses to gain access to the a a guns to shoot down ship

  6. Although prime heated charge is pwr creep I don't feel that it is as bad as the 2 matery rank boltor prime. First there is limited time to get this and not all noob can reach the relays that the void trader is on and even then would not have the ducats. They can't trade for it cause it would likely be over 100 and even if they could find a good deal, noob are not likely to have the million credit for the trade. Still power creep but not as bad as boltor prime

  7. 2015 is a year of quality even more power creep.

    dude its still January, there has been like 4 patches and not even the large x.5 updates which are game changers. do you really expect them to have finish balancing everything within 4 weeks?

     

  8. Getting shot in the back? Use another electric shield.

    Eximus fire blasts? Duck behind something/roll through it.

    Enemy CC? What CC?

    Infested? Use Shock to stunlock them.

    Grenade explosions,Eximus fireblast, bombard explosions, heavy funeral radial blast, impact moa, bounce moa, infested osprey, mutalist moa, fire bombards, all have a have moves that by pass volts shield. I would count all these as enemy cc. Grenade are silent not much you can do to dodge that in less your throwing up shields at least a meter apart all the time and checking you back ever second to make sure enemies don't spawn behind you. Then you want to throw up 2 also a meter apart behind you and every time a mutalist osprey comes you have to leave and reapply your shields as oppose to being rifted and never having to care about anything mentioned above. While shock may stun them it only stuns for about 2 seconds and has a limit of how many it can chain. Since they swarm its a good way to waste energy and not to useful if an ancient pulls you.

  9. many people who start the game pretty much have to play the entire star char solo cause few players play star chart. Most of the time this is too much for a noob with starter gear and I personally feel that soloing is way harder because you can't have a teammate revive you. To, make it easier on noob I suggest giving planets ai squads as long as public is on and not soloing. At least in this way completing the star chart would be a lot easier.

    Implementation of this would not be so bad because these bots could just random spectors and if someone does join the game just have the spectors expire upon the other guy spawning in.

    As for preventing people from abusing this or wanting to play solo just have at the beginning of the mission have ordis ask the player if they would like assistance and have the player choose how many bots they want to bring and have each bot be a 25% or less drain on mission rewards.

    What do you guys think?

    ( unrelated but the thought of ordis controlling 3 tenno spectors is both interesting and terrifying)

  10.  It always irritated me that the 4 you just mentioned are outright the best choices for sword alone because of the large amount of verity within their combos. Furthermore, two of those four, the kronen and aegis, can't be used reliably to block because of their massive stamina consumption. 

     

     

    I never said these were the best choices for the sword alone. I said that

     

    (some)older stances cancel your momentum, are too long to execute, and not always worth the effort to preform. However i notice that the newer stances and some of the newly added combos address these problems.

     

     

    Never said anything about these weapons being the best in the game. The weapons are meh the damage the combos do are ok, but the idea of stances that do not break momentum and have combos for different situation that are easy to pull off are things that i want to see in future stances

  11. tbh i never really had trouble pulling combos off, pauses are the easiest to do(next to hold right click) while holds e just take a while to learn but once you get the "tells" down its easy to use. To make it easier try upping attack speed, pause combos are trivially easy to uses with a max fury and berserk build.

    as for hold E combos try using a mid ranked fury only. This way its easy to tell when the tells are and from there speed it up. This is the method i use to exicute pole arm moves and now i can execute them on a whim while berserked.

     

    However the usefulness of the stances vary. The (some)older stances cancel your momentum, are too long to execute, and not always worth the effort to preform. However i notice that the newer stances and some of the newly added combos address these problems.

     

    Nikana (only with Blind Justice),The Aegis, Venka, Kronen all have combos that do not destroy your momentum, are fast to execute, have combos for crowds, spike damage, and gap closers, and all are easy to pull off

     

    I really hope DE's combos follow this trend and that the older combos will be reworked to the new standards

     

    (though i would  not be apposed to making the melee system more like a DMC game or a dynasty warriors game, in fact i would prefer it)

     

    if you need any more tips or need identification of when the "tells" are let me know i can try to list them out

  12. I don't like these new afk/ no review= no reward rules... at all.

    There are too many scenarios where this systems fails and punishes the wrong users.

    exactly, this is what I want to test.

    It does not matter to me why people die or who is being a troll or whos fault it is that someone dies.

    I want to see how accurate is DE's code when it comes to punishing people who are AFK and how good it is at distinguishing people who are AFK and people who just dont revive
