Usually happens when a Vauban/VaubanPrime are in the game, or lobby using Vortex.
However, this leads to the Thrax or all Thrax that spawn in, on the Void Flood mission segment; after all 5 have been sealed. The Thrax.. They spawn in and bug out instantly when they go into their floating stage and become unkillable, or they will spawn in; and glitch under the map.
Which leaves us in the lobby, or; myself in solo. To leave the game, losing progress on the path, losing out on rewards; and of course having an un-needed mission failure.
