Not sure if it's intended, but low ammunition weapons cannot gain ammo back when the Ammo Deficit modifier is active in DA and EDA. I've only tested this with the Aegrit and Bramma, but I figured I should bring it up anyway as it makes these types of weapons utterly unusable.
