Happened to me as well, only escaped by teleporting and getting killed shortly after. My first instinct after all that was to google it to see if anyone has the same problem... They did. 3 years ago. The only 2 information I got from the search was that apparently: -Only the Cambion's fishing spear is bugging -The obelisks that you have to fire with operator beam gives mining and fishing mats if you satisfy it's condition Haven't try either but ignoring fishing entirely is very tempting now. DE please look into this.
