    If you’re planning to  monopolize on weapon skins and price gouge the hell out of them, EA would love to add you to their team. Even the best tennogen weapon skin costs under 200p. Good luck exploiting people dude.

  2. In the grand scheme of things, conclave skins are no different from COD weapon camos. If you self identify so much with a digital weapon skin that it makes you feel “special” and “insulted” that other people can get it well.... I stopped at rank 4 because I failed to measure investment vs long term benefits. Yeah the skins would look cool for a moment and I’d feel euphoric temporarily , after that I’ll forget about how cool my weapon looks and just continue playing the game as if I never had it. Logically speaking, cosmetics for a rank 5 rewards are mediocre and Conclave just helped alleviate my boredom against shooting enemy AI.

The Steel Path is literally being hosted by Teshin himself, I was feverishly grinding for Rank 5 myself to just get those cosmetics while trying to keep my sanity and stopped at Rank 4 in conclave. After the atrocious birth of Telos Boltace crippling Conclave, I’d be a masochist to keep playing. If the conclave mods were added to Nightwave, finish the job and add the weapon skins to Steel Path rewards! That’ll be a wonderful addition since cosmetics where the primary rewards intended for Steel Path!

  4. Nothing more or less. The amp stagger is most frustrating on top of operators already being as fragile as glass. Amps are only used for ONE piece of content in Warframe and it always will be. It’s not balanced and the amps aren’t even “strong” without focus tree buffs. Just do us all a giant favor and rectify the mistake of adding stagger to amps please. I cannot say how many times my operator backflipped into the lake and drowned from when the eidolons came out the water.

The newly added “chance to gain combo count” stat in melee rivens can give up 100% -102% negative chance to gain combo, meaning not even Relentless Combination or True Punishment, mods that give 100% PLUS chance to gain combo can fix this negative stat. Simply put your combo will NEVER rise with this negative stat. If a melee weapon can’t gain combo, even with a band aid mod. It’s a dead weapon.The -2.2%(100-102%) combo gain makes the weapon impossible to gain any combo. I don’t want to believe DE intended the negative to work this way.

    took me 2 friggin years of back to back raids to get all those, long before eidolons

    the farm for most the sets I already had lots spare and I had double energise grace guardian barrier and avenger, so it’s doable for me to skip, but this just seems like enforced grind so we all play a rail jack event

    i feel like a dog chasing it’s own tail on this game these days

    and tbh I’ve had enough

    yes I could circumvent the grind by buying them all with the masses of plat I’ve accumulated, but you what , why bother?
    whats next rank 15 mods?

    where does it end?

    why wasn’t our rank 3 arcades just upped automatically to rank 5, Steve looked at the camera and said we don’t want to increase the grind, well mate you just did , cause you want us to play railjack basically and you had no carrot on a stick this time .

    They (DE) did not encourage anything. That verbiage is very disingenuous at best. And at worst, as you yourself put it, plainly dishonest. Because the option for variety was already built into the system.

    Those players (loyal veterans it seems) wanted power not variety. Now, it *seems* they have nothing they originally wanted.

     

    Just out of curiosity, do you think they are working on a fix, re-vamp, or retraction, or a very well worded politically correct explanation?

    I honestly don’t even know, I just want my tears to be dried and our players to not be punished in the worst way in Warframe to date.

    Diversity of Arcane usage was the rationale to justify the Arcane changes with the current update. I have no problem with that concept, but can sum up the actions DE has done in order to obtain these results, can be summarized in one word…….EVIL!!

    Please give me ONE example of another game, that anyone has played for 5+ years, that was changed so dramatically as to require the players to completely redo the relentless grind that was achieved during those previous 5 years. It does NOT matter if Arcanes are not required, the point is that I DID the work to earn the luxury of using them!  To the best of my knowledge, I can't think of another game in history that has altered the rewards EARNED by those individuals, that CHOSE to grind for those rewards, so dramatically that would require them to complete most of that work, yet again, to achieve the values of the rewards already earned.  In some cases, the value of those rewards was diminished or altered so much as to make the reward value nearly equal to zero. 

    Even if you could cite an example it would NOT make it RIGHT!

    If DE felt the need to re-balance the game thru changing the values and actions that Arcanes would provide, then the logical and ethical course of action would be to change the values and usage rules of the Arcanes directly.  If DE felt that Arcane Energize, Arcane Guardian etc. was used to excessively, was too strong, fine then change the EFFECTS of those Arcanes to whatever DE thinks is appropriate to rebalance the game. It's that simple.

    There is NO other word but EVIL that comes to mind to describe the changes that have occurred.

    Please explain to me how selling the Arcanes during an Event is an acceptable course of action and worthy of praise for their actions? It might not require the task of an Eidelon Hunt but it is still forcing everyone to WORK again for an item that we ALREADY earned in the first place. It doesn’t matter what actions or work is required, it matters that I have to do additional work to obtain an item/reward that I already completed the work for in the first place. Why is this even a topic for discussion. I ALREADY DID THE WORK. I am not even bothering with factoring the amount additional work performed because of the statistical probabilities associated RNG with actually getting the desired Arcanes in the first place!

    Example:

    I run a 5 mile Marathon and earn a reward by completing the marathon. 5 years later I am told I can only keep the reward already earned, if I complete the 5 mile Marathon yet again. Why you ask? Because they felt like it.
    Anyone that is OK with that please grab your crucifix and run to the nearest church for an exorcism.

    It is NOT ethical, moral, acceptable whatever term you want to use, to justify DE’s course of actions regarding the requirement of its players, to obtain an additional 11 Arcanes per type to make the existing Arcanes have similar values, and in some cases less value, prior to the update.

    It is deeply disconcerting to read comments that praise DE for there hard work when in fact, WE the Players, will be the ones required to earn/work yet again, to achieve the same, and in some cases, less valuable rewards.

    Let us PRAY that DE will recognize the error of their ways and fix this Arcane debacle by simply altering the stats for Arcanes and also removing the requirement of needing 11 additional Arcanes.

    God Bless us Tenno for having the compassion to forgive DE for their heinous actions with this update and giving them the opportunity to atone for their Sins!

    Yep we are experiencing Vivergate, excal/trinity/mag nerf levels of disarray and outcry. The unforgettable Update 15.20. Remember how that turned out? After 24 hours, written apology and revert from Steve himself. Let’s hope we get that again

    On mind/high efficiency builds, Ivara, Titania, and Oberon barely even noticed the cooldowns, and it didn't really affect their energy-economy.

    On low/neutral efficiency builds, Ivara was still doing well due to her pickpocketing still providing enough orbs, and triggering Energize once every fifteen seconds was enough to keep her permanently in Prowl. Titania fared a little worse, mainly because now you really want to use her second ability to keep all the delicious buffs up all the time, which adds an extra drain on your reserves, but she also performed really well all the same. Oberon, on this level, was pretty much the same as usual.

    On negative efficiency, there were way more issues. Ivara can still keep up prowl for a long time, but there were times when her energy reserves hovered dangerously close to zero. This happened in a survival, so in game-modes with less congested enemies, this might pose a much greater problem. Negative efficiency Titania... was a mistake. The extra power strength didn't provide a big enough boost to justify the increased energy-consumption, while staying in Razorwing for a long time became pretty much impossible. Still, I wouldn't even recommend trying this build at this point, because it makes spamming her 2 prohibitively expensive, so I don't consider this a huge issue. Oberon, on the other hand, really suffers on a negative efficiency build; simply put, you HAVE to rely on Rage/Adrenaline, because Energize can no longer be relied upon in this comp.

    Overall, based on my own experience, I would still say that while the cooldown is annoying, it doesn't break Energize. Maybe it's because I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it still functions. If anything, I think the real problem isn't the cooldown, but the trigger frequency, as I found it way more annoying when Energize wouldn't trigger off-cooldown than when I was "wasting" orbs on cooldown.

    Please don’t hold DE’s hands. Nows the only time to be assertive and revert this mess before all platforms get slapped in the face. Changing your perspective about the nerf is just deceiving yourself. You said it’s annoying and annoying is BAD. The change was never called for especially with the cumbersome grind.

    TL: DR the nerf is a slap in the face after all your grinding/paid platinum and the mechanic wasn’t broken at all although  you busted your rear to get it. It’s a full inconvenience, be more transparent.

    Run a script and give r5 arcanes to those who already had their r3 arcanes since you nerfed most of  them and now punishing us with even more tedious grind.

    It does work. I just tested it myself. It still gives 100 (maybe more? not sure) energy instantly on proc. It's not a slow energy regen like zenurik dash. You just have to wait for the cooldown to pass for it to trigger again. 

    And the only mechanic in game that uses cooldowns are Profit Taker for archguns and Simaris in ESO because he likes “challenge” Arcanes shouldn’t be in the mix.

    No, No remove the cooldown OUTRIGHT or make the cooldown 5 seconds! Don’t hold their hands

  18. Please make all the arcane cooldowns 5 seconds/revert the changes and we can be satisfied!! Please DE, Time spent grinding and farming items doesn’t equal time spent Enjoying the game. Don’t punish your players, you’re hurting yourselves also.
