  1. If the Lanka was ever turned into a hitscan weapon I think to make it fair it should have a beam effect that shows where the original shot came from for conclaive purposes etc. Otherwise it would be too OVERPOWERED! XD.

  2. while i agree that the art could use some upgrading for the labs, I disagree that using tile sets of enemy factions would work since while we do research things related to enemy technology it IS a tenno lab hence it would be weird for it to look like enemy structures

    This isn't a structure update ... it's to get rid of the Gray gradient when you interact with the lab (UI), Tech researched based on factions having scenery from those same factions in the 'user interface' doesn't seem so alien to me since it is clearly faction based reverse engineering.

    I'm not sure if you've misinterpreted my original post, or I'm misinterpreting you.

  3. When interacting with the labs to replicate blueprints or contribute it's just a gradient I think it looks really ugly ... Why not use the amazing 3d art that already exists in warframe???

    The tilesets/scenery in warframe is art by it's own right. I think some good screens for each faction and their tech showing the Grineer home planet, Corpus homeplanet when it gets implemented, And the Infested could have a Derelict setting.

     

    This is just my personal opinion but I think it could look much nicer and it wouldn't take much effort to create the art by using screens from in game because the art already exists, find 3 nice spots and BAM! No more ugly gradient backgrounds.

    Hopefully we can get a Torid fix sometime soon. And Ignis blasting away loot to hell and back. And random arsenal UI hangs too (still, yep).

    I've been getting that been getting that before update 10, but I must admit something feels like it has changed and made loot shooting/blasting/launching much worse!! =/ Maybe something in the physics ... it would be nice if we couldn't physically interact with the loot and send it flying and it still had the normal physics where it rolls down hills/stairs etc.

  5. First crash related to the multi-threading since it was first implemented.

    1)

    My computer locked up in the middle of a derelict capture mission task manager didn't even respond for 3minutes ... I usually almost never have a full computer lock up like that.

     

    2)

    Then Task manager kicked in and lotus started talking again in the background now that I mention her it crashed as she was talking midway though the mission I don't that's the problem honestly.

     

    3)

    I had ATI/AMD driver pop-up on my desktop saying the driver has recovered from a crash/error blah blah blah.

     

    4)

    THEN warframe finally crashed completely and closed itself.

     

    5)

    I restart warframe and see two of the login screens instead of being in the centre they're at the far ends of my screen parallel to one another and that goes for the diorama too.

     

    6)

    Restarted my computer problem solved for now.

     

    EDIT:

    Since warframe closed itself I didn't get to submit any bugs...

  6. Can we please get a featuer for Purchases/Selling in quantities with the same or similar UI system to contributions for dojo building?

    Q1) DOF/Motion blur as split options, are you still looking into this (Y/N)?
     
    Q2) Sentinel position options because eye strain seeing it bobbing around in peripheral vision (Y/N)?
     
    Q3) Trinity's new energy vampire ... team mates keep killing my vamp targets, since it causes stagger could the target be invulnerable from damage to avoid team mates killing the vamp target and wasting my energy? ... OR a does DE hav a solution for this? Otherwise please put it back to the way it was (Y/N)?
     
    Q4) Warframe mod 'Steelfibre' isn't increasing my armour rating on my stats, is this a bug (Y/N)?
     
    Q5) Loki and Shade will they both cloak in the future when I cast invisibility (Y/N)?
     
    Q6) UI locking up and needing to restart warframe ... will this be fixed soon (Y/N)?
     
    Q7) This is just a suggestion to avoid thread clutter with hundreds of pages for the one thread on the forums ... Could we have a thread in the forums or a contact email so that we can submit ideas without getting flamed for any ideas or feedback. This would have a 500 character limit A post ticket for example #190832C so if DE likes our idea or wants to clarify we can reply with a more in depth explanation. (Y/N)?
     
    Q8) Parkour ledge grabs not working with faster Warframes at times, will this be fixed (Y/N)?

  8.  Before update 10 I was able to put my maxed serration onto my Rifles and onto my Sentinel's rifle at the same time, Now it says it can't be on both fair enough not that I care the point is THIS... It still works with pistol mods I can use my max hornet strike on my burst pistol and on any pistol I own.  I'm unable to do this with rifle mods now ???

    I just noticed this since update 10 so I'm going to edit my first post and place this in there too.

  9. A thread for bugs to be patched at some point.

    Some bugs I've noticed so far;

    1)
    I see the new stats for warframes and weapons when you're in the loadout/arsenal, from that I checked my rhino's armour value with a level 12/90% armour Steel Fibre and it said 50 armour ... I thought that was strange to I took it off and it went up to 150 armour ... I then put Steel Fibre back on and it's still on 150???

    2) Unable to finish a lot of missions of different types and with different hosts.

    3) unable to view alerts or patch notes on the main menu after going to my Arsenal or a planet/lobby

    4) Before update 10 I was able to put my maxed serration onto my Rifles and onto my Sentinel's rifle at the same time, Now it says it can't be on both fair enough not that I care the point is THIS... It still works with pistol mods I can use my max hornet strike on my burst pistol and on any pistol I own. I'm unable to do this with rifle mods now ???

    5) I noticed this before Update 10 .. When in combat and I want to type something the chat pop up doesn't work unless I fire a round ... could be a Strun Wraith issue?? I haven't used any other gun Apart from the Strun Wraith when I get that issue.

    6) A.I getting stuck inside boxes on random levels ... mainly Narcissus. On that note there is a Large room with Massive pillars and stairs to different heights In normal void exterminates and when the A.I stands behind the pillars it spazzes out their location on the minimap ... lucky for me I know about the problem and know just where to look but it still hasn't been corrected. The next time it happens I'll upload a screen shot if people/DE want to know the location ???

    7) Conclave, I can't do it or even know what it is I click it and it says CONCLAVE RAITING of your current loadout (1 ...
    (1 WHAT!? it's cropped off I have no idea what it's trying to tell me. I went to the wiki and nothing showed up that was helpful.

    I will make edits to this post and add more numbers as I go along, Thank you for reading and please let me know if anybody else is having these issues or has found a workaround.

    Edit-1;

    8) Foundry not accessable it shows my materials on the right and that's all, no build tabs and it doesn't load no matter how long I wait at times ... I have to control+alt+del then end process for Warframe/'The Evolution Engine.exe' to get out of Warframe as I'm unable to do anything once my foundry locks up. I'm also getting the same problem with 'Arsenal' at times but not as frequent.

    Guardian The sentinel boosts its owner's shield when it runs out.

    I use that all the time, for obvious reasons.



    Ghost Shade cloaks its owner when enemies are close.

    When reviving or trying to take cover and regain shields due to the games lack of cover mechanic etc.
     

    Sanctuary Creates a shield when reviving.

    Increasing odds of reviving a team mate especially now that you can get knocked down in the middle of a revive and have to start the revive all over again.

    DE announced that you can swap sentinel weapons between sentinels in update 10. 

    The only frame I don't use a sentinel on is Loki because my warframe mod loadout is based on me cloaking as much as possible. Since Shade doesn't cloak when I do it draws unwanted fire towards me and if it was for example a Grineer bombard or naplam I'm in for a bad day considering I don't use health or shield mods on my Loki Class.

    I like my FOV to show as much as possible considering this game has parkour elements and I can't see my feet with minimum FOV I feel it defeats the whole purpose of having that in the game. Say what you want about parkour but I try to do it in game as much as possible it's a fun game mechanic and I'll keep doing it.


    How about Defence missions when you're unable to find a full squad and Dethcube helps control the crowd with it's constant fire? I do agree that the constant noise can get annoying but I won't deny it helps especially when you equip it with an ice element.

     

     

    Saying that right before an update, wait man, maybe they already found a solution.

    As far as saying this before an update that isn't my concern I'm addressing the issue the thread title doesn't say " WE NEED A FIX BEFORE UPDATE 10 IS RELEASED " it says they need fixing and as long as the game is still in beta I'll put as much of my personal input in as I can into making this game better.
     

  11. Option to toggle position of the Sentinels?
    I'd 100% prefer to have mine higher directly above my head.
    Why? EYESTRAIN ... My left eye constantly hurts after playing for more than an hour because I'm constantly noticing it moving around in my peripheral vision and I'm concerned about this.

    On the note of Fixing the position I've seen the sentinels get caught on objects many times than instantly teleport to where I after I've moved a certain distance and left it behind... No-Collide the sentinel with the map could fix that but it's not my main concern here.

     

    I'm just fed up with the eye strain so far the only short term fix I've had is to Choose darker colours so I notice it less often.

  12. Warframe friends-

    The crusty Titans of the old RNG have been defeated by new RNG Gods. Update 9.5 (with subsequent adjustments coming in the next hot-fix) features a completely new loot table implementation.

    OLD: Per-faction massive table with hundreds of entries of varying rarities.

    NEW: Per-enemy table with half a dozen entries of varying rarities.

    Where can we find the new tables? :S

    Farming xp and mods to fuse was becoming boring because everyone seems to favour Xini.
    This will force people to actually fight other factions once again because it's frustrating trying to get high xp and mods at the same time when nobody wants to play on pluto!

  14. "Why not remove the mods and relocate the damage increase on to the the ranking system of the weapons. So as the "level up" their damage increases."

    I don't mind that idea to be honest, it would give me space to add on some of my other mods on and extend my ammo capacity instead of always going for damage etc.

    If people are upset about the idea of it being taken away the dev team could do a calculation on what 'fusion level' serration was at and award the equal amount of rare fusion cores to compensate removing it from the game and making the damage increase per level as you stated.

    To further agree on this I just played with somebody who has been around since the start of warframe open beta and says he's "never fused anything" some people just don't understand the whole process because there isn't a proper tutorial for it or maybe they don't have the time to sit down and google/wiki everything about this game.
