When opening the scoreboard, there's some "glow" particles at the top that shoot out to the sides. I was spamming TAB to open and close the menu rapidly to make it easier to see, but in this image it's still pretty difficult because of how much HDR color breaks image capturing (but you can kind of see it in the top left and top right):
I've also noticed it when acquiring rare minerals:
Not much else I can really think to write. I don't think anyone has posted about this before; I think I'm one of very few Warframe players that actually use the experimental HDR feature.
