I'm now at the point where I have so many frames - it's gonna take a while to get to them and level them up.  Not enough reactors.  Guess I gotta open up the wallet. 

I just started doing Sorties - I feel the grind will be great.  Waiting on that 75% platinum sell - I might be waiting a long time for that too..

I didn't know about Fast Travel when I first started playing.  I use it on Cetus and at the Relays - I think it's great.  

Not sure what "good feedback" is supposed to be?  Here is a feature in the game that I really like using.  I'm reporting back that it's awesome.  It saves a lot of time.

We're starting to run into another wall with defeating enemies.  

At about the 40 minute mark on a Uranus survival mission, the enemies are just getting nigh impossible to kill "quickly enough".  Heavy Gunners at around level 60 - 70 along with corresponding Nox enemies are a bear!  The quantity and power of them streaming in becomes unbearable for us and we need to extract. 


Does it come down to more of how frames synergy with each other in order to "win" or is it just a matter catalyst - forma/forma/forma/forma/forma/forma with the "right" weapon / frame combination?  My first guess is we need to go corrosive all the way for the whole team. 

As an example:  Three of us with Frost, Oberon, and Trinity.  Oberon was murdering them pretty well up to about the 30 minute mark, along with Frost.  Trinity was keeping us fed as needed.   

Sorry if the question(s) is too vague.   Not looking for hand holding, but point in the right direction because I'm pretty sure there's an aspect of the gameplay / mechanics that we are just not thinking about.   

Side note:  We've all completed The War Within and do pretty good up to Level 60ish enemies.

Lotus is a power player who saved the Tenno in order to further her own goals and sphere of influence in the Solar System.    The Tenno are compelled to obey her.  All of her (our) enemies have told us as much.

My advice:  Assume the worst in people and hope for the best.

Don't click battle unless you are willing and able to go it alone, win or lose.

Perhaps I should move this thread to the feedback forum?  It might be more appropriate.   That is to say, "DE, please fix your installer or give instructions on how to manually point to an already installed game for individuals using the PC".

It's standalone.  A shortcut to the exe doesn't work.  It creates the normal folder inside the user's appdata directory.  You're supposed to be able to "choose" where warframe is installed, but you get no choice.  It just does the full download.

This is not quite the way to get it, but I've found that not looking for it will allow me to get it.

About 2 days before Baro shows, go spam Axi, Neo and Meso fissures until you hate life.  I guarantee a Braton Prime Stock will show up on one of those missions.

I have another person who lives here and has their own user profile on the computer.  They want to play warframe on this computer from time to time.  

I do not want to download the game everytime a new user profile tries to run Warframe.

I do not want to have a 21 gigabyte installation of warframe on every user profile that so happens to want to play the game.

I need to have the game at one central location on the computer and not in a user profile \appdata\local\warframe .. structure.   

Please direct me to resources on how to make the things I don't want to happen to not happen and the things I want to happen, happen.

I initially thought some of the tests were stupid because I ... couldn't do them!  

I now realize they are great because they FORCE you to learn (what I consider) key aspects of gameplay before moving on.  

Yes, they are frustrating.  You (and your friend) can do it!  Step back.  Take a soma vacation.  Come back.  Practice a bit more.  It'll happen.  I'm stuck on Master Rank 11 but I'm chill with it.  Practice a bit.  Practice what you're trying to do in game too.  If my achy, arthritis laden 45 year old fingers can do it, anyone can do it.  It'll come, I promise.

I'm thankful that I don't worry about anything and just play the game.  Ran the Acolytes a few times, got bored of running it - move on and do something else.  Didn't get a whatever mod?  Oh well.  Happy like a clam before and after.

Same thing happened to me.  I was just weak and set into playing Frost.  Primarily, mods are everything.  But you don't need any corrupted mods whatsoever.  What you need is Catalyst, forma, lots of credits and lots of Endo for the basic, "must have" mods.  

Your best defense from now on (in my opinion) is going to be:  1. killing the enemies fast  2. controlling them  3.  dodging/avoiding/running away  

Having said that - I suggest you learn to be light on your feet and take cover when needbe.  Frames like Frost and Rhino might come back to bite you later on.

Here is what I would do:
Buy a Credit booster
Go to Ceres and do the Dark Sector Defense mission
Take the first Extraction

Repeat over and over.  I needed a million + credits and got a free booster.  I leveled a bunch of stuff to 30 that way.

@Linerax I beat it with Frost and Soma.  Get a mod that gives energy when yiu take damage so you can have something to fight with when ammo runs out. 

hit me up in game and we can chat.  inaros is a really fun frame!

[Launcher insists on re downloading everything]

WHY WHY does it do this.  I have the game downloaded.  I run the launcher from Warframe\Downloaded\Public\Tools  (is this not right?) after copied to another computer.  It asks me to pick a location - I choose default.  It proceeds to happily download everything all over again. 

OK, I download the installer again from warframe.com - it doesn't even ask if I've already installed the game somewhere.  Just download it ALL AGAIN. 

Please help me stop this from happening.  Not all of us have gig speed internet.  I have a 100mbps and it is still faster to use high speed usb to copy from one to the other. 

Yes I'm frustrated.
