I didn't receive platinum pack after 2 days of purchase

Hello everyone, I came here to ask for help, because on the 29th of June I made a purchase of the 4,000 Platinum package after receiving the 75% discount on the Daily Login, I made the purchase during the night time, around 9:00 pm and as of this writing, on the 2nd of July I still haven't received any platinum purchases. I sent a Ticket to DE and the answer they gave me was that the Platinum had fallen into the account, however, my Platinum balance remains the same, without adding the ones I bought. Honestly I'm frustrated and completely reluctant to buy anything in the future
