  1. Garuda's 4 (seeking talons) no longer guarantees slash procs, even if at 100%. It only gives very very weak slash procs during the initial activation, then after much testing in simulacrum, I couldn't get any more slash procs to apply. This effectively renders this ability useless.

  2. Was leveling the Daikyu in a defense mission, by wave 10 there were so many particles i could hear my pc fans kicking on, and it was so bright I couldn't actually see anything when aiming. This needs to be addressed.

     

    EDIT: the same issue affects the mutalist cernos as well

  3. The Tonfa Hades Skin (great Tennogen model by the way) seems to have a visual bug where the little flames on the end of each, as well as the flame within a small accessory chained to the center part of each tonfa is now permanently the default orange color. I haven't played in a while, so I'm not sure specifically when this bug initially presented itself, but I do know when I got the Tonfa Hades Skin when it was released, this issue was not present, which if I recall was sometime before the second wave of emissive/energy color changes.cDVufKR.png

Secondary energy color is half-assed and seems to have been implemented at the last second without a second thought or any testing at all, it is so incredibly buggy and despite supposedly being meant to "improve" fashion frame, has essentially ruined it, at least for me, as none of my weapons and now even my warframes (as of the most recent patch) look as they did before this mess. They should just remove it and take the time to actually hammer it out properly before foisting it on us.

  5. I've been having this issue since december of last year. The only workaround I've found is to either use a VPN or use my smart phone as a hotspot and use that to download the update, then switch back to my normal connection to play. No idea why it works the way it does, warframe is the only game I've ever had this kind of issue with, ever.

  6. At this point I'm beginning to think that this will simply never be fixed.

     

    It's not like you can ignore it easily either, because every time you log in for the first time, the animation is proper and looks great, but once you bring it into a mission and reload a few times it breaks again, so it's constantly reminding you how good it *could* look, but then reverts back to the broken animation.

    Aren't familial debt-bonds necessary for some crafting though? If so and the level 5 bounties are the only way to obtain them then they *can't* be super end-game meta-build level hard. I would instead propose a level 6 "elite" bounty level that is much more difficult but has the rare drops from all the other bounties as common, that way people will get a challenge, and while they won't get anything exclusive, they would be able to get the rarer loot more often if they can consistently complete said bounties, and it could mean that they wouldn't have to ever do the lower level bounties they dislike at all, and could instead rely on the level 6 ones to get what they need. Either that, or they could just make level 5 bounties back to their old difficulty, but make familial bonds a chance drop from level 4 bounties or something.

    I just don't like materials needed for crafting being exclusive to difficult meta content, as it locks many players out of it that way.

    Except DE have said from the beginning for both PoE and now Fortuna that these open world areas are *not* supposed to be some new meta endgame, and are most certainly not just supposed to be for experienced players.

    So you would prefer a gameplay system where players are forced by necessity to choose a handful of tools and permanently bench the majority of the rest just so your ego can be stroked when you play stupidly tanky frames like Inaros? How about a system where difficulty isn't "artificial" like making enemies able to kill you in a time span shorter than the human reaction reflex.
