I've sent a couple tickets in about the Ride or Die trophy. I got a "talk to PlayStation it's their fault" reply both times. I even asked if they could reset my standing so I could do it over but that's not an option either. Getting Sony to manually unlock it is probably not going to happen because their customer service doesn't exist and I've never heard of them doing such a thing. It's impossible to do more than once since it's saved on DEs server. Since it's saved on their server you can't trigger the command to unlock the trophy more than once. I've logged on tons of times and purchased stuff from the Ventkids to earn more standing in hopes of unlocking it. I've earned over 250,000 standing and still no trophy. I've also tried deleting the game, user data, and starting fresh with no result. So unless DE does something you're stuck with two versions of a game you only need one for.
