  1. Everyone is  spamming '1' and '4' like their life depends on it. People are slide attacking everywhere while holding the channeling button and managing to get a kill, or at least tear off all the shields and most the health of those it hits.

     

     

    Also, toxic players in there. Jeez, just today I ran into another two. One who told me I was bad for using the Kogake but spammed a strun wraith and Volt's 1...

     

    There are a lot of things that need to change before it becomes balanced.

    They won't :P I'd rather some of the weps I like finally get buffed.haha

     

    I use a crap load of weps, all potato'd+forma'd 4+ times. Still have 11 catalysts and 30+forma for whenever I find the next wep I like.

     

    People just gotta adjust. There's like, what, 200+ weapons in the game, yet they only use the most powerful or cheesy things cause they wanna go all rambo all the time. 

     

    There's the new augments that even allow for further play styles. Volt with his really support style, especially so with his damage augment+shield=awesome damage.

     

    I'm getting off-topic so I'll just stop here. 

  3. Pfft, haha. Ceres is a joke man. Try it in a 40+ min survival then tell us what happens.

     

    Yes, SG needed a nerf but this is a bit much imo.

     

    Also, in b4 marelok/rakta nerfs b/c they are better than most primaries which like the SG is evidently a bad thing so nerf away! Right? Right!

     

    I never did say what mission mode I was playing. 

     

    And the Rakta has it's downsides already, so I'm not sure what you're trying to say. You'll have to lead your shots due to travel time, charge the shot to get the full damage outta it(since you can only get that 20% crit from a fully charged arrow), the kickback/recoil is awkward when using the 4-burst shot. It's powerful, yeah, but it's already balanced in ways.

     

    As for Marelok? Hmm. Guess I can't really say much about it since it's only downside is its horrible accuracy at long ranges. 

     

    The only downside SG had was its range, nothing else. That's ridiculous. 

     

    Like I said in another thread, it's still ridiculous that these weps are outperforming weapons that are way more costly to obtain, or are a higher MR requirement to use(e.g, supra, embolist)

     

    And again, people just can't get over the toy not being perfect anymore.

Just for everyone saying the dmg was not changed, the patch notes are wrong, the dmg in game went down from 210 to 28 base, also fire rate, not ammo consumption went from 2.0 to 15.0 also, the magazine was increased to 150 from 75. Overall worse than the normal gammacor, yet another useless mastery fodder weapon thanks to trolls and crybabies seeing/using it with a potato 5 forma and all maxed mods one shotting lvl 15 corpus and claiming that it was "Severely overpowered". When it all actuality it was balanced around endgame and took a lot of time/grind to even be able to make one in the first place. Not to mention the yo-yo balance going on here.

     

    The damage WASN'T nerfed

     

    28*15=420dps

    210*2=420dps

     

    People just can't accept that their favorite toy isn't perfect anymore.

     

    I ran through a ceres mission without noticing much a difference other than the ammo consumption, of course, but I still swept through it. There's plenty of viable secondaries out there. Marelok, the recently buffed Rakta, etc..

     

    Either way, the Gammacor was way too powerful.

  5. People complain about the Synoid Gammacor which now has high consumption but is still powerful...

     

    I mean, come on, it's only a rank 6 wep, yet it's outperforming the Supra and Embolist

     

    Still looking at you Embolist.

     

    It's been over a year now and it still hasn't gotten the love it deserved. The augment was also horrible.

  6. The rating you see is not the actual resulting value, while fusing, the UI basically calculates :

     

    Rating of mod after fusion * Number of the particular mods you have after fusion = Displayed Value in UI

     

    The UI assumes that the mods you are fusing are all made to the same rank. But in actuality after you fuse, you only gain the rating of one mod.

     

    e.g. :

    A) i)  64 unranked Serration(s) (Uncommon grade)

        ii)  Fuse them to rank 10 (using fusion cores) I get 134,211,488 rating

        iii) Divide them by 64,  you get 2,097,054 per mod.

     

    B) i)  61 unranked Hornet Strike(s) (also Uncommon grade),

        ii)  Fuse them to rank 10(using fusion cores) I get 127,919,744 rating

        iii) Divide them by 61, you also get 2,097,044 per mod. Which is essentially the same. 

     

    If you have 1024 of Serration mods, and you fuse the duplicates together you would get 2,097,054 rating in the UI.

     

    Hope this clears things up abit.

     

    Ah. Yeah, I understand now.

     

    It's still something that has to be fixed though, but I guess it doesn't need to be prioritized since it isn't really that important.

  7. You used cores or mods for maxing?

     

    For quickdraw, I used its duplicates. For redirection and the other rank 10 mods, I used cores. 

     

    Wait, no. For redirection, I used its duplicates AND cores. I have 800 redirection duplicates, so I ended up using around 100 common 3 cores, I think?

     

    Huh. I see...that's odd. So when I used rare R5 cores for Redirection, I got 850m+ rating. What the hell is up with the rating system lol

  8. That's the thing. I just checked it out right now

     

    Maxing another quickdraw(rank 5) gave me 900k, while maxing another redirection(rank 10) gave me 1mil. There's something just a BIT off there :P

     

     

    Checked out two other mods.

     

    Maxing out another Bite mod gave me 8mil, while maxing out a Sanctuary gave 29mil.

     

    I think player usage may come into this, which is why Sanctuary gives so much rating since it isn't as prioritized to max as other Rare R10 mods

     

    Well, this something for another topic though, so I guess I should stop here. 

  9. Thats a substantial collection! Does the rating reflect the mods you ranked up?

     

     

    That would take 250 trades! 

     

    Yeah. I'm not really sure what exactly affects the rating though. As in, if the mod's rarity or general usage by players is taken into account. I think my friend may have said so a long time ago, but who knows. I can't bother to check myself, sorry :P

Used to be well over 40k before I started using duplicates to rank and max other mods up and etc, which is why I have that 33m rating :P Just 3 or so months ago, I finally got around to maxing my sentinel redirection, vitality and steel fiber mods. Had a hella lot of duplicates of each.

  11. when he spawns in? cause i have never seen that. once he spawns in on me, he's all ready flinging arrows and knifes at me when he pops right in my face. 

     

    He generally tends to spawn a few meters around you. When you see the screen flashing, just stay in a spot for a while, you'll then see a small smoke screen and him standing up from his kneeling position. He's not vulnerable WHILE he's standing up, but you should be able to time it and just unload on him once he reaches near the end of his animation lol

     

    Oh, and his aim is horrible, so you should be able to run and slide in circles while shooting him if you can't kill him the moment he stands up

     

    But yeah, the death squads from the syndicates need to be worked out and scale depending on the player. Saw New Loka spawn on my brother while he was playing on his Xbone, and it took him all his arrows from his Paris and most his ammo in his secondary. He also had to run around and break crates for more arrows. He was MR 2 or 3 at the time, I think.
