Radiatiions

Tried it and did not work. thing i tried it before with no effect. im down to test what ever. i used to downclock Gpu to 75% power but want to find a fix for it.

I am running the game borderless fullscreen with locked fps 175, my max refresh rate. But if i tab out of game to watch YouTube or do something else my frames over go this limit, basically running at full blast (close to 600 fps). This adds allot of extra strain on my GPU. Heat is higer. Power pull ingame normally is 160-260 watts, but with the "bug" happens its maxing at 380 watts. It goes 60 watts over what is default (TDP 320 watts). This looks very similar to what the game "New World" was struggling with. This dose not happen if have YouTube on my secondary monitor.
