doesnt help, tried from mobile, other device, all possible browsers, when I created another account to try it, it works just fine... somehow my account is unable to open support page... so I cant contact them

Hello fellow tennos, I need your help. I cant access support page. Everytime I click on support on WF page i get logged out and page refreshes. I need to contact support since I have been locked out of my own account. Any help appreciated. Can provide more information.

@GrazeZeroLow my account is restricted not banned, once i buy enough plat i will be able to play again but i wanna know if ill get ban afterwards i buy out otherwise its pointless

Hello there, since i can't for unknow reason access support on my main account i had to create 2nd one.
On my main account named PhellipeZZ i weren't able to contact support before even i've got negative platinum balance... You see, i understand i did wrong and i admit i bought it from some random guy because he offered it cheaper way more than normal market because otherwise its too much for me and i couldnt afford it, i did buy platinum and prime access legitimatly as well but when i was short on money i had to use another way, i know its my fault... what would you reccomend me or could you somehow help me, i have higher negative balance and there is no way i can afford it, i did enjoy this game and will do .. if i have to on this new acount but i spent on my old countless hours grinding.. with all respect please if there is any way to at least charge me less to buy out negative platinum or some help please, pretty please help me. i wanna enjoy the game again... i promise i will not buy anything like that before and reform and learn.. all iam asking for is 1 chance for help. Thanks @-AxHx-Vile - this is original message i sent them.. and to KIREEK i never did contact support, since i couldnt or neither was i toxic in game since i played fully premade with friends only.. i know i did wrong with neg plat. but there is option to submit ticket for negtive plat balance so i think i didnt get banned from support for that... anyway hope you can understand this whole thing since my english is not best. thank you for understanding -

Hello there community, i came here to find help to my problem, i would like to contact support about my disabled account, for some negative platinum balance (yeah i know, i messed up but not exactly a rich boy, althoug i bough some of prime access legally) and even before problem occured i couldnt conact support. Once i click on support button, it loggs me off to main website... i've been having this issue even like year before I had negative balance, i wanted to report in game bug but i couldnt access support, now i need help to recover my account but seems theres no way.. i tried contacting them from 2nd account i created to contact them yet they told me to contact them directly from my main account otherwise they cant help... any ideas please ? or any WF team support in forums please can help ?

no, but i found out that all the intel5 or 7 +nvidia 1050,60,70,80 are having this issue because of nvidia optimus, which is in bios and cant be chnaged, all we have to do is wait for new bios version fixing this thing

Hello, so i have been experiencing massive FPS drop. My laptop is Dell Inspiron 7567 with i7-7700HQ, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti, 16GB of RAM in game on orbiter i have around 60 FPS and in missions 25-50 FPS, it stills drop by the time, i tried to reinstall Windows, all drivers updates all options, it happens to me only on Warframe, i play games like GTA 5 etc, on FHD Maxed settings 60+ fps, it really happens to warframe only, i spend so much time on that game and now its just unplayable, if anyone experienced something similar please any info will be helpful. Thanks.

peoeple told me Geforce may be causing the problem.. but even unninstalling it didn't help at all

Edit: also wouldn't hurt to verify your files. could be a broken one causing problems.

Hello community. I have been searching for help weeks. Iam done. I play warframe on my Laptop - Specs : Intel i7-7700HQ 2,8-3,8GHz, Nvidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB, 16GB of RAM.
Doesn't matter if game is on low or high resolution or if seetings are high/low. Game itself shows 60fps with Vertical sync on, and +-130 fps with sync off. Yet my game still lags like its really hard to play.. even though it says game run at 60 fps its not smooth and its not playable like on my old notebook with 10x worse specs... please help me if somebody had same problem when FPS were alright but game itself was struggling. Thank you.
