  1. I completely understand what the OP is trying to get at.

    1. The gap between base versions and the primes should be noticeablely wider, I assume to make primes feel much more powerful.

    2. The OP suggest having the base version nerfed slighty instead of buffing the prime version to create an overly unbalanced weapon.

    That being said. The amount of non-constructive feedback is sad. Fair enough no one wants their favorite weapon to be degraded, however, the topic in a general scope is based on the gap between Primes and base models.

    Personally primes could have the same statistics and be a cosmetic reward and I would be fine.

    But, if DE wanted to make the Stat increases equal among prime upgrades, they could do so mathematically via burst/sustain dps calculations and tell themselves, okay let's shoot for 30% dmg increase from the base model to the prime version and start from there instead of making certain primes outshine others.

    Now I don't suggest or condone DE going back and rebalancing primes. That's up to you guys and DE to discuss.I am saying however, there is a way to make the feel of prime upgrades feel meaningful and fair among all the weapons.

  2. There are actually honest people who see that something might have been exploited and attempt to recreate such an event to inform the DE staff, explaining the exploit would just incentivise others to attempt to do the same or in another fashion. Just hope and pray DE fixes this and other possible exploits aswell.

  3. For all the warlords, or those with the decision making authority, should we soon have a time to meet and get to know each other? I would like to get to know my alliance before things are set in stone; i want to know how this dynamic is going to play out with basic decision making and voting before I/we truly commit long term.

  4. Have you guys set up a forum or TS server yet? If not I would be more than happy to set something up to more easily facilitate this process. 

    Also, The OP should start making a list of Clans on the first thread if not already done so.

  5. Just a place holder post at the moment, but, our clan is looking to join an alliance, and/or start to form one.

    If any clan is interested, either reply post or send me a message. We are a shadow clan with a complete dojo.

  6. Personally, I feel that numerical changes such as dmg reduction and negative effects do not add much "creative" diffculty to the game. If a lethal mode was to be implemented, the increase in difficulty should be skilled/and or intellectually based. By introducing more diverse and unique enemy types that have much more complicated attack patterns, environmental utilization, individualized attack/ abilities, ability/ dmg type immunities and creative defenses. The stages or tile sets might have more interaction to mission progression and enemy elimination. A lot of ideas can be implemented but it's much more work then just buffing enemies and nerfing players. DE needs to focus on a more dynamic experience when dealing with diffculty. No more spam 4 to kill everything, players should be forced to think and interact with the game and enemies. I like my mindless killing as much as the next player but it would be a nice change of pace with a unique change to diffculty rather than just dmg soaks.

  7. There is no "best" Rhino build. Like most things, it depends on what you want to do. If you want to clear lower level enemies: Rhino stomp/Streamline/Focus/Flow/Stretch mods. If you invest some forma, you can go all out with Rhino Stomp/Streamline/Fleeting Expertise/ Blind Rage/Focus/Over-extended/ Stretch. For more hi end endless defense and survival, you could Use Roar/Iron Skin/ Rhino Stomp. Add some skill modifier mods such as continuity/ focus/ streamline. Other variable mods include Vitality/Redirection/Vigor (all these increase Health/Shields/Both respectively). Some utility mods like Rush are based on preference. It all depends on your play style, what team composition you might have. Too many variables to give a definitive answer.
