Nice art, but you forgot the holes in her mask

I tried putting them on but they kinda looked like whiskers...so I left them out XD

  2. I think the T4 missions like Mot are designed to allow for relatively fast leveling-up as well as encourage cooperative gameplay. Get a Slow Nova/Saryn in the squad and they become a breeze. If you're going solo, consider camping in areas with just 1 entrance (which are ALWAYS your start point, either the room with 1 big door or the tube). Bring weapons that can inflict damage on multiple enemies at once (Opticor, Amprex for example, mod them for Corrosive/Viral damage).

If you prefer a more head-on approach, stick with me on this: Atlas is an absolutely devastating warframe to bring along. Why? Modded for efficiency, moderate strength (150-170%) and range, he can petrify waves and waves of enemies and pulverize them with Landslide (invulnerability while attacking, while the third punch in the combo is a monster that can grind petrified lvl 100 enemies to dust, shatter Corrupted Nullifiers' shield if you hit the enemies AROUND them, or send the walking ones flying, giving you the chance to escape in a pinch or counterattack), plus, think about the 1500 stone armor bonus and the healing, though be careful when casting Petrify, because Atlas is vulnerable in that split 1 second casting animation.

  3. Dear DE,

Let's look at what Archwing missions as of now - 4 years after debut:

You have wings: powerful, agile mechanical wings to add to your space ninjas. What are the possibilities?

A sense of freedom? NO. Maneuverability and epic space battles with John Williams blasting in the background? NO.

Instead, you are confined/subjected to the EXACT same kind of things you've been dealing with on the ground: long, narrow corridors with more-than-occasional obstacles to bump into, waves and waves of enemies that do nothing more than clumping together waiting to be popped open like pinatas, while you're stuck defending an object of interest. And let's not forget: archwings are separate from your warframes, so whatever lenses you got installed on the warframes won't work on archwing missions. The lighting is also horrendously flat so you can't really distinguish a distant enemy from a pile of space debris, or how you occasionally have to trudge through obligatory water segments Uranus tilesets. Just what we needed: escort missions and water levels.

I can go on complaining about the things that are wrong with archwing missions, but I'll just get to the productive part. Here's what I got going on in my mind, and like most good ideas, they're fairly simple:

    1. HORDE - MODE (!!!)

That's it. No objectives to defend, no radio towers to capture - just pure open space, hundreds of enemies at a time and a full 3D plain for you to move about. Hey, sounds familiar? Sanctuary Onslaught, y'know, for Archwings, to level up, or just having fun with your team.

    2. Space Parkour

How many times have you smashed into a wall or a sudden curve in the tube, losing both velocity and mood for high speed tunnel escape? I've lost counts of mine. So, instead of staggering around like idiots, let's remember: we are controlling CYBORG - SPACE - NINJAS. Is it really difficult for them to put their legs on the wall and start running along on collision? And what's up with these flaming jets or energy barricade? Do they stop or damage your archwing that much? No, so why even bother?

    3. Zero-G Finishers

Oh yeah, this is the kind of stuff Gundam and Platinum Games would jump in on half a heartbeat. DE, give us archwing melee STANCES, but instead of doing a series of stupid moves like on the ground, they actually mean something, like if scoring multiple hits on some big, high-hp enemy, you can initiate an animation where you just Kratos/Dante/Bayonetta/Raiden the damn thing - but WAIT, instead of doing one, why not chain them together, let the tenno hop from target to target while a combo limit time gauge counts down? Eh? There are no, or very few, walls!

    4. Enemy Design

Let me ask you a simple question: what are some common types of archwing enemies you encounter and what do they do in combat? Can't answer? Neither can I. Whether it's Corpus or Grineer, most archwing enemies have the same overall silhouette, they don't make distinct sounds (don't argue about sound in space, you're playing space ninjas), they don't have distinct attack animations, and what's worse: they have same type of wonky, sudden, snappy animations that plague ground enemies that make it insanely difficult to place a shot, especially if you're using a Fluctus or Velocitus. Redesign those mtf, DE, give us some high-speed fighter jets to chase after and for the Lotus' sake: make their projectiles the same color, would you please??

    5. Music

It's space, and dogfights. Hire Paul Ruskay for the job. That's all.

You have something special going on here, De, and you're doing it half-baked just like the "Quests" in this game. I sincerely hope something different and innovative is coming in the next Corpus open world mega update.

And trinity prime? where is my trinity prime tank? 😧

Ahhh, ER, Lobster and Reverend fall into a different category in my book. Tridolon.

  5. 200p for any low/unrolled/trash opticor riven with free bonus of your choice:

    - 3 Suda/Hexis mods or weapons, I'm maxed out so doesn't matter which

    - 4 free rivens among [Snipetron], [Ogris], [Knell], [Dehtat], [Akvasto]

    - 3 prime weapon sets [Lex], [Paris], [Fang]

    - Prime components [Ash Prime Neuroptics], [Frost Prime Neuroptics], [Trinity Prime Systems], [Loki Prime] blueprint

  6. I've recently acquired the Arca Plasmor and was shocked by how slowly the weapon is reloaded. Putting the fact that these super-fast, space ninja cyborgs fumble around with a simple pistol (Lex), the fact that most weapons have such ridiculously demure reload sound frustrates me to no end. I want to hear the Latron pops its empty clip like an M-1 Garand, I want the Sybaris to feel like the beautiful, elegant lever-action rifle that it is, the Opticor hissing, discharging excess heat as the warframes remove the power core, the Arca Plasmor roars as it unleashes is radioactive payload that disintegrates enemies on impact, the shattering bang when the monstrous Vectis absolutely DESTROYS everything it's aimed at! This is a shooter game, not a cotillion or a mime show, players rely on more than just visual cue to know when their weapons have been reloaded and ready to fire under blistering enemy fire. Remember Dead Space 2 or Counterstrike 1.6, how crackling and satisfying weapons in those games feel?

Oh and by the way, kudos to the melee weapon sound designs, the guy responsible for those did a great job...but if it happens to be the same guy who did the guns, what's the matter with you?
