There is too many people picking all the options to get full points and then entering a mission with bad frames and bad weapons, and then die in the first 15min. This problem is made worse by the no squad filling after people leave. At the very least if all are allowed to enter with bad setup then give them an option (like in Duviri) to somehow improve it with different boons that can be earned doing some bonus objective or something.
